The mismanagement concerns the working in the branch offices in Mirzapur.

The current matter concerns the working of the Mirzapur RMS POS Counter and speed post booked on 11/12/2023 19:07:35 For delivery to the Lucknow Development Authority Uttar Pradesh.

The second page of the attached PDF document is the enlarged form of provided-receipt by the staff of the department of post working at the railway mail service at the Mirzapur railway station to Poor Dinesh Pratap Singh. This senior citizen is more than 70 years old and cannot read even legible items easily.

The Department of post district Mirzapur has been so poor that it cannot arrange ink for the printer which is pumping out an illegible receipt because of unavailability of ink to the printer.

Please provide the name and designation of the managing head of the post office for railway mail service at the Mirzapur Railway platform.

It is quite obvious that concerned staff of the Department of post district Mirzapur closed the following grievance by submitting incomplete report and resolving partially the grievance submitted by the applicant as follows. This is quite obvious from the first page of the attached pdf document to the grievance which is the report of the Department of post.

  2. It seems that government functionaries having no concern about the suffering of the common man quite obvious from the dereliction of the duty by the concerned accountable staff of the department of post.
It is quite of obvious that repeated representations have been submitted by the public spirited individual but no action taken by the concerned government staff to overcome the mismanagement-in-department

  3. Two error is human but if the errors are done deliberately then it is not an error but an offence. Whether in a good governance of Narendra Damodar Modi to provide illegible slip in the form of a receipt is the symbol of good governance.

  4. In Modi government developments are taking place only on papers and their is no reality with the ground. Think about the gravity of situation even after repeated requests are being made by the concerned people but they are not improving the equipments which have been outdated.
