This grievance has been closed by the staff of the registrar of company Kanpur Mr Ramesh Pal by the remark the matter has been taken up with the company and response is awaited from them. It is noticeable that this reply is awaited from the company for 9 months because the staff posted earlier at the place of Ramesh Pal had made the same inquiry with the company. Whether it is not mockery of the law of land by the staff of the registrar of the company Kanpur who are procrastinating in the name of response which is not expected to come. It is a similar situation when a dead fish is left in a pond with the purpose of making dirty entire water of the pond dirty. Whether in this way we can achieve justice where fraudulent elements are shielded by public staff in such a way. It seems that the entire government machinery is standing in the row of the fraudulent elements. 

Why is the registrar of company Kanpur is lenient in taking action against the fraud companies ipso facto obvious from the working style?

ROC Kanpur sent reminder to M/s CLUB HIGH SKY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and its director SAYED AHMAD MOHSIN to reply within 15 days but what is the outcome the applicant does not know unconcerned did not intimate the applicant. Please inform properly.

It is February 2024, and you are providing the chatting of January 2023 and earlier. The matter concerns the payment of Rs. 126,000. It is about to two yrs. passed, but they did not provide the logistic report in the matter according to the submissions made in the public grievance. Whether the companies registered in this largest democracy in the world are running in such ion an arbitrary style? It is most surprising that even when the matter is under consideration by the competent authority of the government even then they are not providing their services as promised by them which means something is wrong in the dealings of the company. Whether such companies are entitled to do business on the soil of this country whose sole motive is to cheat the innocent and Gullible people? Undoubtedly our consumer rights are no safer in this largest democracy if the government functionaries will adopt such a lackadaisical approach in resolving the grievances of the common people.

  1. Undoubtedly consumer rights are not safeguarded by our public staff. To provide good governance We should take firm action in the direction to safeguard the rights of common people who are cheated by the fraudulent elements by taking the grace of corrupt public staff of the government.

Think about the gravity of situation, registrar of company Kanpur provided licence to a fraud company which is looting innocent and gullible people and when the complaints are made against them registrar of company Kanpur is not taking any action. The most surprising thing is that in the place of report of the staff of company they are providing the WhatsApp chat of the company staff such is the incredibility of the registrar of company Kanpur.
