The matter concerns the mobile number 9336252631 which service providing company Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited U.P. east. Most respected sir please take a glance of the recharge made on the aforementioned mobile number done yesterday by the applicant is as follows. Transaction History, Recharge-09 Feb 2024, at time-10:40 PM, Subscription price-Rs.1999 but after two percent concession because of charging on B.S.N.L. Care app became Rs.1959.02

There is no change in the status of the recharge still, the main pack expires on 15th February 2025 and current recharge pack expires on 12th July 2024. The first page of the attached PDF document to the grievance is the report of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Mirzapur which claims the matter has been resolved by them. The second and third page of the attached pdf document is the current status of the account concerning the impugned mobile number and current status of the Internet back being used by the applicant.

There is no additional recharge pack in the account concerning the impugned mobile number-9336252631 and this forthcoming recharge pack may come into existence after the exhaust of the current recharge pack.

If the subsequent recharge pack had been enforced then it had to expire on 12th July 2025 not 15th February 2025 as shown in the account. As well as it had to show the current available data plus purchased data. Unfortunately it is not showing so reflecting the mismanagement in the working of the Bharat Sanjay Nigam Limited an undertaking of the government of India.

As far as the report submitted by them is concerned they are saying that the recharge issue has been resolved, but what they resolved they did not disclose it. Since the issue was not resolved by them by adopting cogent approach which resulted in the subsequent grievance by the applicant.

From the subsequent grievance it is quite obvious that the applicant was not satisfied with the report submitted by the concerned staff of the Department of telecommunication and its undertaking Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited which is the root cause this grievance was submitted by the applicant.

Whether the concerned are stupid who are claiming to provide the resolution to the applicant and whatever matter was raised by the applicant is as such. Think about the gravity of situation BSNL care app is behaving like inscrutable face of sphinx. Undoubtedly current Internet pack will exhaust in the month of July 2024 and new pack if not worked as it is not sowing in the bsnl care app then what will be outcome. Whether it is reflecting good governance where working style of the government functionaries are cryptic.

Since the issue was not resolved by them by adopting cogent approach which resulted in the subsequent grievance by the applicant, so it is a humble request please adopt logistic approach in the matter to avoid multiple grievances on the same subject.

  1. There is no update after the recharge by the customer is the failure of the app provided by the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited a subsidiary of the Government of India. After repeated representations they are not disclosing the fact in their reports showing their cryptic dealings and creates suspense in the mind of the applicant.

It is simple and transparent if the consumer has done the recharge then it must be displayed in the app of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited which is not so this implies that there is no transparency and account ability in the working of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited and rights of the consumers are no more safe.

It seems that there is complete aristocracy in the department of telecommunication and it's sister organization Bharat sanchar Nigam limited is governed by the rule of anarchy quite obvious from the inconsistent and arbitrary report submitted by the staff of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited Mirzapur district.
