Note: - Further details will be available on viewing the status of the above-mentioned new request registration number. Today is 26 Dec 2021 which means more than four months passed but unfortunately the concerned did not provide information. 

According to subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005, public information officer has to provide information to information seeker within stipulated time of 30 days which was infringed by the concerned public information officer ipso facto. Premise of the electricity connection is also under the possession of Land grabbers which must be freed from their clutches. Honourable Uttar Pradesh Human Rights commission passed following order in the aforementioned cases. 

Proceeding प्रार्थी श्री योगी एम0पी0 सिंह द्वारा दिये गये शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र में विजली चोरी से सम्बन्धित ब्योरा अंकित किया गया है जिसमें अधिशासी अभियन्ता द्वारा कार्यवाही की गयी है। पुनः इस प्रकरण मेें आयोग स्तर से किसी कार्यवाही की आवश्यकता वांछित प्रतीत नहीं होती है।
