Our government introduced right to information act 2005 to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities but because of corruption no information is reaching to the citizenry in the state which is a matter of concern. This is a humble request of the appellant to the first appellate authority to direct the concerned public information officer to provide the information to the appellant as soon as possible as well as initiate disciplinary proceedings against the public information officer for violating the provisions of right to information at 2005 as it is quite obvious that concerned public information officer violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to information act 2005. The matter concerns the wide public interest so it must be looked into with Due care and attention for this appellant shall ever pray you Honourable sir.
