* Description of Information Sought This application is on behalf of Dinesh Pratap Singh son of Angad Prasad Singh to seek information concerning deep-rooted irregularities in the working Lucknow Development Authority.

Most respected sir, at present, the Lucknow Development Authority, whether it is an application on the Jansunwai portal or a complaint or any request, is ignoring everyone on the ground that a committee has been constituted in the matter, but neither will they tell anything about the committee nor will they try to solve the case in question, they have been dilly-dallying in the matter for three years. Whether the Yogi government stops corruption in this way.

You denied the information in the name of setting up a committee to look into the corrupt activities carried out by the concerned staff of the Lucknow Development Authority. You are again requested to provide the following information so that the corrupt staff of the Lucknow Development Authority may be exposed in the public domain and how L.D.A. is shielding its corrupt staff ipso facto? 

1-L.D.A. may provide the details of title suit filed by multi-named lady Anuradha Singh in the record of L.D.A. Guddi Singh including the designation, name of the public staff who executed it with posting detail. 

2-L.D.A. may provide the copy of the order passed by the competent court deciding the title suit of the Anuradha Singh in the compliance of the High court order in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006. 

3-L.D.A. may provide the detail of the posting of the staff executing the registry of impugned plots to allottees with designation and name so that accountability may be fixed. 

4-Detail of the committee setup to check the irregularities including name, designation and posting details of its members which may include date of joining the department. 

5-PIO may provide the details of government functionaries nominated the members of the committee including posting details and stipulated time given to the committee to complete the enquiry.
