* Description of Information Sought Sir, take cognizance of your own letter number 3495 which was issued by your department on 10 June 2023. Which is attached as the first page of the attached pdf document to the grievance. Accordingly, the complaint made by Shri Yogi MP Singh Mohalla Surekapuram Colony, Shri Laxminarayan Baikunth Mahadev Mandir, Rewa Road, Mirzapur was investigated by the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. After investigation, the Sub-Divisional Officer has informed that at present the work of data migration is being done, due to which the electricity bills of rural areas are not being revised on the system. As soon as the data migration work is completed, the connection number 742002487167 in which money Rs.4600.00 deposited by you will be adjusted to the connection number 741800445744. But it is very sad that you have not yet adjusted it, which itself shows the corrupt style.Grievance
Public information officer in the office of electricity distribution division 2nd Mr Rajesh Kumar must provide the following information to the information seeker point wise as follows.
1- It is quite obvious that more than six months passed unfortunately they did not adjust the paid amount of the poor applicant. This is a mockery of the law of land and criminal breach of trust.
Public information officer must provide the reason for not adjusting the paid amount as assured by the executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd quite obvious from the communication exchanged.
2- Provide the name and designation and posting details of the concerned sub divisional officer of the Department of electricity and also provide his CUG mobile number.
3- Provide the name and designation of the staff of the Department of electricity who processed the bogus electricity connection in the name of the father of the aggravated applicant Parmeshwar Nath belonging to the opera section.
4- Please provide the name and resignation of the staff who sanctioned the second electricity connection in the name of the same person and on the same premise which is illegal.
5- Please provide the number of times when the electricity bills were revised concerning rural areas and also provide the various spans of time when the procedure of revision of the electricity bills was followed by the staff of the Department of electricity. Also provide the name and designation of the staff who carried out the process of the revision of electricity bills in the rural area in the matter under context.
