* Description of Information Sought Nodal Officer Details Name SANDEEP KUMAR VERMA must take the reference of following comment made by the public information officer department of administrative reform of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Mobile number and email were sought for inclusion of public authorities in the UP RTI online portal. Thereafter, the user ID and password of the nodal officer were sent to the email of the concerned public authorities. It is the responsibility of the Nodal Officer to create user ID and password of all the First Appellate Authority and Public Information Officers working and posted in their public authority. Therefore, the work of the Administrative Reforms Department is only to generate the user ID and password of the nodal officer. Most respected Sir Manoj Kumar Yadav is no longer executive engineer, electricity distribution division second because he was succeeded by A. K Singh and now A. K. Singh has also been transferred and he was succeeded by Mr Rajesh Kumar but it is most unfortunate you have not updated the name of public information officers which is itself a dereliction to the duty.

Public information officer must provide the following information point wise to the information seeker as follows.

1- Right to information act 2005 was introduced by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities. Right to reason is an indispensable part of the sound administrative system so the public information officer must provide the reason for not updating the name of the public information officer of the electricity distribution division second District Mirzapur.

2- Public information officer must provide the reason for not providing the email and official mobile number to the RTI portal which is essential in accordance with the guidelines passed by the Apex Court of India also in compliance with the guidelines of the Department of administrative reform.

3- Provide the name and designation of the staff who are vested with the power to update the information on the RTI portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. 

4- Provide the name and designation of the public information officers and first appellate authorities in the Mirzapur Division of the Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited.

5- Provide the executive emails and executive mobile numbers of the public information officers and first appellate authorities in the Mirzapur Division of the Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited.
