Grievance Description

It is quite obvious that the concerned investigation officer submitted an arbitrary and inconsistent report in the matter which is attached as the Page 3 of the attached PDF document to the following grievance. The matter concerns the working of the station house officer police station Jigna, police circle Lalganj, district Mirzapur working under the supervision of Superintendent of police Mirzapur. The matter concerns the violation of the order passed by civil judge junior division in the case number-504/2023 on 23rd May 2023. Since the offenders colluded with the police before putting soil into the foundation of the house under construction stayed by court with the help of JCB which details are given below which is the root cause that the police of the police station-Jigana submitting arbitrary and inconsistent report in the matter to hide the facts of the case.

Grievance Description-Video clip is available of the matter and photograph of the JCB is attached to the grievance as the first page of the attached PDF document to the grievance. Video clip is the both audio and visual proof in the matter of using the JCB what was the violation of the court order. Where is the good governance if there is no dignity of the court orders passed by the established courts in this country.

The number of the JCB is D.T. 7265 and its photograph is attached to the grievance and this PDF document includes the order of the court. The small video clip is also available to the applicant consigning the work of the opposition party by using the JCB which was the violation of the court order passed by the Honourable Civil Court.

According to circle officer Lalganj District-Mirzapur Manjari Rav, police made the enquiry with the nearby people, but no supporting clues were obtained by the police regarding the allegations made by the applicant in respect of use of JCB quite obvious from the report submitted by her in the following grievance on November 2023 attached as the second page of PDF document to this grievance.

It is quite obvious that police is not adopting cogent approach in the matter and not providing logistic report on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh because of corruption in its working and trying to shield the offenders who violated the order passed by the respected civil court in the matter.

It seems that concerned police personnel are incompetent enough to understand the contents of the grievance which is the root cause of such bogus reports being submitted by them. Monitoring bodies on the portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh are also not taking interest in providing logistic solutions to people who are submitting grievances on the portal again and again because of the incompetence of the police personnel.

It is quite obvious that concerned investigation officer did not ask the applicant for the video clip which is available to the applicant and very much helpful to reach the real culprits, but the matter of fact is that police itself having partial approach in the matter and the opposition party has the blessings of the police therefore police is not interested to take action against the offenders.

Grievance Description-The matter concerns the working of the superintendent of police district-Mirzapur whose subordinates remained mute spectators on the violations of the order passed by the civil judge District-Mirzapur. It is most surprising. that they submitted arbitrary and inconsistent report in the matter and did not take the perusal of the contents of the grievance. Which is quite obvious. from their inconsistent report. They used JCB. when there is a stay order. passed by the competent court.

Here the matter concerns the use of JCB to fill the foundation of the house which is the violation of the stay order passed by the civil judge in the matter. Civil Court order was violated by the opposition party by using JCB and Jigana police remained mute spectators throughout the episode. The applicant submitted the grievance, but it is most unfortunate that circle officer Lalganj District-Mirzapur submitted an arbitrary and inconsistent report in the following grievance.

The matter concerns the working of the circle officer Lalganj and station house officer police station Jigana, district Mirzapur. Whether station house officer Jigana will explain the cause of putting earth into the foundation of the house by the opposition party with the help of JCB which was dug earlier. Station house officer Jigana is well apprised of the fact that Civil Court had stayed the construction at the controversial land, but this order was overlooked by the opposition party. In his repeated reports station house officer Jigana assured that Court order is being obeyed by the opposition party and to maintain the peace and tranquillity police implicated under 107/116 of The Criminal Procedure Code not only the opposition party but the applicant as well. Think about the cryptic and mysterious dealings of the Jigana police that its assurance proved false, and the Order of the Honourable Court was violated by the opposition party because of the lackadaisical approach of the concerned police in the matter.
