As we have already resolved the complaint which was received on RBI complaint no: N202324023382700 & N202324023382714, where you have mentioned that account no: 00000040191978538 pertaining to State Bank of India which is already removed from your report based on the physical verification done by the respective credit institution.

Further, We are unable to find your new concern email which is mentioned on RBI portal with the complaint no : N202324023458008 on crifcare@crifhighmark.com and customerservice@crifhighmark.com. Respected staff of the credit information company CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Pvt. Ltd., The focus of my complaint is as follows.

You have excluded one bank loan account in which my PAN was updated out of 13 bank accounts. The applicant has only one bank account which was opened in the State Bank of India which means the rest of the 11 bogus bank accounts are still not excluded in which my PAN was updated by the corrupt staff of the banks by colluding with the fraudulent elements.

There is still an anonymous bank loan account active with my PAN in which the balance is of rupees 1000

Consequently you have resolved my grievance partially. Still you have to eliminate 11 bogus accounts which are connected with my PAN and one loan account is still connected with my PAN.

2.  आपकी शिकायत की जांच के बाद, यह पाया गया कि सीआरआईएफ ने आपकी रिपोर्ट से सभी 13 विवादित ऋण खाते हटा दिए हैं और अद्यतन रिपोर्ट आपको 27/12/2023 को मेल द्वारा भेज दी गई है। सीआरआईएफ द्वारा प्रदान किए गए समाधान पर आपकी टिप्पणियां प्राप्त करने के लिए इस कार्यालय द्वारा 28/12/2023 को एक मेल भेजा गया है लेकिन आपने निर्धारित समय के भीतर कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी है। इस कार्यालय ने 28/12/2023 को शिकायतकर्ता से कॉल द्वारा भी संपर्क किया है, कॉल पर आपने पुष्टि की है कि आपकी शिकायत का समाधान कर दिया गया है। इस प्रकार, आपकी शिकायत को समाधान के रूप में बंद कर दिया गया है।
After examination of your complaint, it is observed that CRIF has removed all the 13 disputed loan account from your report and updated report has been sent to you by mail on 27/12/2023. A mail has been sent by this office on 28/12/2023 to obtain your comments on the resolution provided by CRIF but you have not provided any response within stipulated time. This office has also contacted complainant by call on 28/12/2023, on call you have confirmed that your grievance has been resolved. Thus, your complaint is closed as resolved.

3. तदनुसार, आपकी शिकायत को रिज़र्व बैंक - एकीकृत लोकपाल योजना, 2021  के खंड 14(9)(a) 3(1)(h), जिसे निम्‍नप्रकार पढा जाए, के तहत बंद किया जाता है:

“The grievances raised in the complaint have been resolved through facilitation by the Deputy Ombudsman as per the Clause 14(9)(a) read with 3(1)(h) of the Reserve Bank - Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021.”

3. In view of the above, the complaint has been closed under clause 14(9)(a) 3(1)(h), of the Reserve Bank - Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021, which reads as under:

“The grievances raised in the complaint have been resolved through facilitation by the Deputy Ombudsman as per the Clause 14(9)(a) read with 3(1)(h) of the Reserve Bank - Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021.”.
