सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम 2005 के अधीन सूचना उपलब्ध कराने के सम्बन्ध में अधोहस्ताक्षरी को सम्बोधित क्रमांक आर0टी0आई0-ब-426/2023 पर पंजीकृत अपने पत्र दिनांक 16/11/2023 जो इस कार्यालय में दिनांक-21-11-2023 को प्राप्त हुआ था, का सन्दर्भ ग्रहण करें ।

उक्त प्रकरण में आवेदक उपरोक्त के द्वारा चाही गयी सूचना के सम्बन्ध में सम्बन्धित कार्यालय, सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त -4 ग्रे0नो0 गौतमबुद्धनगर/ सूचनाधारक को अधिनियम की धारा 5(4) एवं 5(5) के तहत सूचना प्राप्त करने हेतु पत्राचार किया गया सम्बन्धित कार्यालय, सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त -4 ग्रे0नो0 गौतमबुद्धनगर/ सूचनाधारक से सूचना प्राप्त कर आवेदक के द्वारा दिये गये उक्त पते पर संलग्न कर रजि0 डाक द्वारा प्रेषित की जा रही हैा

यदि आप उपरोक्त सूचना से सन्तुष्ट नही है तो अधिनियम की धारा 19(1) के अधीन इस पत्र के प्राप्त होने के 30 दिवस के अन्दर पुलिस उपायुक्त ग्रेटर नोएडा जोन/ प्रथम अपीलीय अधिकारी नॉलेज पार्क-3 गौतमबुद्धनगर के समक्ष प्रथम अपील योजित कर सकते है ।

((Description of Information sought (up to 500 characters) )

* Description of Information Sought An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to make inquiry regarding the incident whose description was sent on the email of the applicant from the email- akbhaiak73@gmail.com . The matter comes under the ambit of the station house officer of Rabupura Police Station, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. The application of Bablu S/O Gopi village-Ronija, police station-Rabupura, district-Gautam Budh Nagar attached to this RTI application which is addressed to the Commissioner of Police Gautam Budh Nagar. The aforementioned application is dated-10th November 2023. In the aforementioned communication it has been categorically mentioned that the applicant had submitted the representation before the station house officer one week ago but no first information report was yet registered by the station house officer consequently he submitted the application before the Commissioner of Police district-Gautam Buddha Nagar. The date of the tragic incident is 26th October 2023. The applicant Bablu S/O Gopi alleged that his son Rinku was called on through a mobile phone where he was set to drunk then his son was beaten and subsequently charred to death. The applicant Bablu S/O Gopi is alleging that police are not registering the first information report in the matter of murder. 

The public information officer in the office of Commissioner of Police Gautam Budh Nagar may provide the following information to the information seeker pointwise as follows. 

1- Please provide feedback regarding the authenticity of the information. 

2- Please provide the feedback regarding the application received by the concerned police station of the aggrieved applicant Bablu S/O Gopi and also tell the name and designation of the investigation officer who did the primary investigation into the matter. 

3- The application of the applicant is addressed to the Commissioner of Police Gautam Budh Nagar if any such application has been received in the office of the Commissioner of Police, then provide the action taken by the office of Commissioner of Police.
