Grievance Description
The matter concerns the order passed by the sub divisional magistrate Sadar Mr. Chandra Bhanu Singh on 01 August 2021 in the case Jagdish Prasad versus Ganesh Prasad and others filed under section 116 of the Revenue Code 2006. According to order passed by the honourable sub divisional magistrate, concerned Lekhpal was directed that in Araji number-91 which measurement is 0.329 hectare located in village-Sohta, Tappa-84, pargana-Kantit, tehsil-Sadar, Mirzapur, share decided by the Honourable court must be partitioned. Honourable Sir may be pleased to take the perusal of the attached order of the court.
The brief description of the grievance may be summarised as follows.
1-It is quite obvious that most respected sub divisional magistrate Chandra Bhanu Singh passed this order on 01 August 2021, and it is 01 December 2023 today which music two years four months passed since the date of order, but no action was taken by the concerned staff of the Tehsil Sadar.
2-Whether the concerned Lekhpal will tell the applicant reason of non-compliance of the order passed by the most respected sub divisional magistrate Chandra Bhanu Singh.
3-Whether any other order passed by the competent court to nullify this order, if passed please tell the details to the applicant.
4-Concerned Lekhpal must tell the activities which was carried out by him in that direction for the compliance of the order passed by the competent court as aforementioned.
5-Whether the communication regarding the compliance of the order passed by the court was not exchanged with the Lekhpal must be told by the Lekhpal to the applicant.
6-Whether it is not reflecting the tyranny and arbitrariness in the working of the Lekhpal concerned who took under teeth the order passed by the most respected court ipso facto obvious.
7-Whether such mysterious and cryptic activities of the Lekhpal concerned is not reflecting corruption in the working because there is no transparency and accountability in the compliance of the order passed by the monitoring head. As well as there is no fear in the mind of the subordinates when they do not comply the orders.
This is a humble request of the applicant to the most respected Sir to order an inquiry into the matter so that truth may come out of this anarchy. Undoubtedly such practises are stumbling block in seeking justice from the competent authorities which must be controlled by accountable staff in wide public interest. For this the applicant shall ever pray you most respected Sir.
