Reason Of Appeal

It is quite obvious that the staff of the Central Registrar and cooperative society closed the grievance by using the following remark. There might have been some technical glitch, you are requested to refresh the page and try to resubmit your claim afresh. The status of the claim of Om Prakash Maurya is as follows. Deposited amount- Rs.252689, Status- deficiency communicated, Reason-Description of depositor or claimant is not available in the database of the Sahara Society or claimant, or depositor is not a member of the society. It is kindly informed that such status is not visible only in the case of the aggrieved applicant Om Prakash Maurya But it is also visible in the case of other claimants. Now you are requesting to submit the claim For the matured amount again which means in this way the prescribed time to make claims will be over. Finally this show up will cultivate zero result in the favour of aggravated applicant Om Prakash Maurya like so many other people. It is quite obvious that innocent and gullible people were looted in broad daylight and the government is failed to take action in the matter of cheating on the large scale by a cheater businessman which is mockery of the law of land and the failure of the government machinery in this largest democracy in the world. It is an obligatory duty of the government to protect the constitutional and human rights of its citizens but our government has failed because of impent corruption in the working of the public staff. It is quite obvious that there is no transparency and accountability in processing the repayment of the investors/ stakeholders for the matured amount from the Sahara Cooperative Society. If the record of the claimants will not be properly fed in the database how can such records be available in the database? Think about the vulnerability of the government functionaries who are handicapped enough to provide justice to the citizens in the state, quite obvious from the current episode.

Society Name : Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Ltd. Bhopal

Reference number from MSCS Act : MSCS and Banks registered under MSCS Act 2002

Depositors are being informed through SMS regarding payment/ deficiencies, if any in their applications in 45 days from the date of submission of application. Depositors may login the Portal to check the deficiencies observed in their applications. Please take the reference of the following online application of Om Prakash Maurya as follows. Dat of claim 2nd August 2023, Claim application number 23080201103037 Membership number-910856000374, Account number-10856600888, Receipt number-34016622102, Certificate number-85001225398, Date of deposit-12th February 2016, Deposited amount- Rs.252689, Status- deficiency communicated, Reason-Description of depositor or claimant is not available in the database of the Sahara Society or claimant, or depositor is not a member of the society. Date of claim 2nd August 2023, Claim application number 230802011030 number-910856000374, Account number-10856600889, Receipt number-34016622103, Certificate number-85001225399, Date of deposit-12th February 2016, Deposited amount- Rs.37886, Status- deficiency communicated, Reason-Description of depositor or claimant is not available in the database of the Sahara Society or claimant or depositor is not a member of the society. This is a humble request of the applicant if the entire documents are attached to the grievance then this question arises that how such information is not available in the database of the Sahara Society? It seems that Sahara Society is playing cunning tricks with the investors in the repayment of the matured amount of the investors of the Sahara Society. Entire game is played to pacify the anger of the investors who are irritated with the cheating of the Sahara Society which may take ugly turn at any time and the approach of the government is not investor friendly. Please direct the Sahara Society not to play game with the investors and provide their matured amount in transparent and accountable manner. For this, these investors shall ever pray.

Not a single penny paid.
