Grievance Description-An application under Article 51A of the Constitution of India to ensure the safeguard of the government property in revenue village Bihasara Khurd because grabbing is causing the troubles to the commuters and common villagers because of the nuisance creators who are also the muscle men and having approach to the accountable staff in Tehsil Sadar.
Lekhpal must know that it is an obligatory duty of district magistrate, chief revenue officer, sub divisional magistrates Sadar, Tehsildar Sadar, revenue inspector and the Lekhpal concerned to ensure the security of the public property of the revenue village Bihasara Khurd because these public servants did not pursue his duties which is the root cause of this application and numerous applications submitted to free the public land from the clutches of the land grabbers. It is most unfortunate that the applicant waited for the Lekhpal for the whole day, but he did not come to the revenue village on that very day and now saying that applicant is not supporting him, it is baseless allegation made by him to support the wrong stand and to support land grabbers.
Lekhpal is saying that the applicant should raise is specific question, but it is most unfortunate that they have not left any land in the village panchayat which may be free from land grabbers, so the applicant is confused which specific matter be raised before the administrator.
Respected Lekhpal Sir is saying that the applicant has made complaint regarding the encroachment of the public land, but he did not mention the particular land which has been encroached by the grabbers which is false. It is most unfortunate that he did not take the perusal of the attached document which has been attached to the grievance in the PDF form. This PDF document has the description of the entire public land belonging to the revenue village Bihasara Khurd. If the public land is being freed from the clutches of land grabbers, then there is no dispute anymore. It is noticeable that government land has been provided to the land grabbers through cryptic dealings by the staff of the tehsil Sadar is a matter of inquiry by the responsible staff of the government. Since there is uncontrolled corruption, prevailed in the working of the staff of the tehsil Sadar so nothing constructive can be achieved in such an atmosphere.
This is a humble request of the applicant to take action in the matter by ordering an inquiry into a matter of wide public interest so that guilty may be punished in accordance with the law. To remain silent on the issue of land grabbing by the public staff is tantamount to dereliction of duty which must be stopped in public interest.

Grievance Description

An application under Article 51A of the Constitution of India to ensure the safeguard of the government property in revenue village Bihasara Khurd because grabbing is causing the troubles to the commuters and common villagers because of the nuisance creators who are also the muscle men and having approach to the accountable staff in Tehsil Sadar

The matter concerns the working of the sub divisional magistrate Sadar, village panchayat Bihasara Khurd, police station Jigana, district Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh and the applicant is demanding paimise of the government land in this village panchayat, but the concerned staff are procrastinating on the matter because they have already made the forgery with the revenue records of the village panchayat. The claim made in the revenue records regarding the public land in the village panchayat is wholly wrong, so our prayer needs to be resolved in the wide Public Interest. We want justice for ourselves our motive is not selfish like the staff of the Tehsil Sadar who are selling the land of the government which is the root cause they are running away from the matter concerning the selling of the land of the village panchayat by the staff of the Tehsil Sadar such practices must be stopped by the government in the wide interest of the society. There must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the staff of the Tehsil Sadar.

In the following grievance, Lekhpal of the village panchayat Bihasara Khurd submitted arbitrary and inconsistent report in the matter concerning with the grabbing of the public land which has been expressed by him in the report as encroachment. Entire public land has been grabbed bhai the muscle man which is being termed as the encroachment avoid the accountability by the Lekhpal concerned which is a mockery of the law of land such practices must be curbed by the government in the interest of wide public.
