Grievance Description
The matter concerns the private road of the applicant which is not only being used by the opposition but also they grabbed some part of it by taking help of the concerned police. Police must maintain the earlier status quo which was before the grabbing of the land. The grabbing of land took place with the support of police. Police support opposition to grab the land and if aggrieved submitted complaint against illegal stand of the police then police is alleging harassment. Why did police interfere in the revenue matter is a matter of great concern? Vide attached document to the grievance. Where is the one foot road that must be explained by the station house officer of police station-Krishna Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and how private road of the aggrieved can be grabbed by offenders? The SHO of Krishna Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh should clarify where one foot road and how the private road of the victim can be grabbed by criminals? Most respected Sir, Kamla Dayal Sub Inspector, Local Intelligence Unit from whom the land owner has purchased the plot is second person and the land was purchased by the applicant from Mrs. Shimla Devi w/o Ram Sahai Yadav in the mediation of Shri Ram Balak Yadav S/o Shri Shankar Lal R/o Ali Nagar Sunhara and the dispute of this road was earlier arisen between the applicant and the land owner which was settled as an agreement and that agreement was made before the S.H.O. of Police Station Krishna Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on 14th April, 2005, whose witnesses were Mr. Ram Balak Yadab S/O Mr. Shankar Lal resident of Ali Nagar Sunhara and Prem Prakash S/O Makka Lal resident of Kesari Kheda.
According to the agreement, 16 feet of the road has been given to the applicant Kiran Singh, the relatives of the landowner will never make any claim on it and will not sell it to anyone, the applicant has to use it.
Most respected Sir, it is clear from the attached reports that sometimes you say that the road of the applicant is safe and sometimes it is said that there is a 15 feet road on which Kamla Dayal has thrown the soil. and the wall has been raised, with whose permission Kamla Dayal did this?
You make it clear, anyone will throw soil anywhere, will get the wall constructed because she is a sub-inspector in the police.
On what basis are you saying that the land of the applicant and road are safe?
Has the measurement or paimise of the land been done by you? Sir, the fact is that you have not even made a spot inspection. You have made fun of the Jansunwai portal, the applicant again requests you to go to the facts of the case instead of closing the complaint by giving arbitrary answers on the portal and the opponents who have committed the crime of forcibly occupying land of the applicant may be subjected to penal proceedings. Without measuring the impugned land, Sub-Inspector Abhay Kumar Bajpai Police Station Krishna Nagar, Lucknow came to the conclusion that the criminals had not occupied the land. Please provide the feedback that Sub-Inspector Abhay Kumar Bajpai and others equipped with what technology provided by the police which is helpful in investigating the cases without going to the site and sitting in the police station.
The report was submitted by Mahesh Kumar Chowki In charge Vijayanagar, who contended that in the registration deed of the applicant, there is only 15 feet road instead of 16 feet and Sub-Inspector Kamla Dayal is throwing soil on it and has built a wall to save it from flowing i.e. the road of the applicant is being used by Kamla Dayal as her own road, just because she is a sub-inspector in the police and she is a woman. Sir, Mahesh Kumar Chowki In charge Vijayanagar justified the occupation of Kamla Dayal Sub Inspector Local Intelligence Unit, on the road of the applicant. Who knows what the deal behind the screen was. Lucknow Police has learned to mock the law. For more details, vide attached PDF document to the grievance containing agreement.

Grievance Description
Demand-To register an F.I.R. against police personnel who supported grabbing private road of applicant for the opposition party. This application is for the police to correct its role in the matter as it has already played a corrupt role which is the root cause of the problem and the need of hour is to rectify errors already made by it. Think about the parrot report of the sub inspector Vineet Kumar who is articulating in its report that the applicant is claiming 18 feet road in the land of opposition parties which means this Sub Inspector did not try to understand the contents of the grievance or you can say that this Sub Inspector did not understand the contents of the grievance which is the root-cause of such worthless report are being submitted by incompetent investigation officer in the matter.
Most respected sir to prepare a report by sitting in the office and to investigate the matter and submit a reasoned report both are different things which cannot be understood by the investigation officer of the police concerned. Who is harassing you? whether the applicant is harassing the police, or the police is harassing the applicant as the police played the cryptic role in grabbing the private road of the applicant by having an understanding with the opposition party.

Grievance Description
To
Assistant Commissioner of police, Krishna Nagar circle
Police Commissionerate Lucknow
Subject-Please act against your subordinates who are submitting inconsistent parrot reports in the matter causing multiple complaints on the same matter because of laxity of your subordinates.
Short submissions in the matter are as follows.
1-Please take the perusal of the second page of the attached PDF documents to the grievance which is showing the dereliction of the duty of your subordinates. Your subordinate has submitted clutters in the form of report which is highly objectionable.
2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that Sir may take the perusal of the 5th page of the attached PDF documents to the grievance which is an agreement between the landlord and the applicant dated 14th of April 2005. Agreement was made in the Krishna Nagar police station before the accountable policy staff. In which the landlord itself accepted that registry of the land was done to Kiran Singh and the 16 feet road will also belong to Kiran Singh and the landlord will never interfere with it. It is noticeable that police have been habitual to tell bundles of Lies in the report because the applicant on a number of occasions submitted the paper of the registry before the accountable staff of the police.
3-Lucknow to police is habitual to take the law of land under teeth. First it supported the land grabbers to grab the private road of the applicant by overlooking the direction of the sub divisional magistrate and now suggesting the applicant to take shelter of the sub divisional magistrate while the grabbing took place with the help of the concerned chowki in-charge and in-charge of the Krishna Nagar police station.
4-If the applicant is defaulter, then why the Lucknow police is running away from the inquiry into the matter of land grabbing by a high powered team. This land grabbing has full support of the in-charge of the Krishna Nagar police station and concerned Chauki in-charge and same are investigation officers in the matter which is the root cause of such 3rd grade reports. It is noticeable that the opposition party also belongs to the police.
5-Whether justice is not available in the police Commissionerate Lucknow against the atrocity of the police who are habitual to take the law of land under teeth? How can it be justified that an assistant police commissioner may accept the reports of the subordinates by keeping his eyes and ears closed?
