Sub Divisional officer Mr. Vipin Kumar submitted its report on 10th November 2023 regarding the complaint reference number 60000230207098 and this communication was addressed to executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mr. Rajesh Kumar which is the first page of the attached pdf document to the grievance.

Executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr. Rajesh Kumar submitted the report on 4th October 2023 regarding the complaint reference number 60000230184093 and this communication was addressed to  superintending engineer electricity distribution, division-Mirzapur which is the second page of the attached pdf document to the grievance.

In both the reports, the contents of the grievances were not touched by both the officers but they justified the illegal stand of their subordinate which is a mockery of the law of land and such practices must be stopped at any cost.

Respected executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mr. Rajesh Kumar The applicant is talking about the same thing that if the electricity connection in the same premises was provided to one of the daughter in-law why is the other daughter in-law is being deprived of the electricity connection? Whether it is not corruption to provide the electricity connection by taking bribes from the electricity consumers and who are not in position to provide the bribe to the concerned staff of the Department of electricity such poor consumers are deprived of the electricity connection on the flimsy ground. It is quite obvious that sub divisional officer submitted an arbitrary and inconsistent report on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh which is mockery of the law and tantamount to indiscipline therefore action must be taken against him but who will take action because it is just like who will bell the cat. According to our Constitution of India everyone is alike before the law and everyone has equal protection of the law but where is equal protection if there is rampant corruption in the Department of electricity quite obvious from the current matter. It is quite obvious that the executive engineer did not adopt a logistic approach in submitting the report on the portal.

Grievance Description-Executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mr Rajesh Kumar District Mirzapur must meditate on it.

Mrs. Prabhavati Devi wife of Mr. Ram Avtar Has two sons and two daughter-in-laws whose description is as follows.

1-Sunita, wife of Mr. Mangala Prasad and 2-Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad

In the same premises you have provided the electricity connection to the Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad who is the sister-in-law of the aggrieved applicant Sunita, wife of Mr. Mangala Prasad. Why is the following reason not applicable to Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad? Right to reason is the indispensable part of a sound administrative system so this reason must be provided to the applicant as required under the law. Under subsection 1 d of the section 4 of the right to information act 2005 it has been categorically stated that it shall be obligatory duty of each public authority to provide the reasons of its decision to the parties concerned. Do not conceal corruption.

Reason of rejection of the application of Sunita Devi provided by EDD II Mirzapur-According to your report -On-line application for obtaining electricity connection was made on 08.06.2023 by Mrs. Sunita, wife of Mr. Mangala Prasad, resident of Tehsil ke samne Wali Gali, Mahuwaria, District-Mirzapur, whose application number is 1013373200. But in the premises of Mrs. Sunita wife of Mr. Mangala Prasad, connection number 6418848000 is already approved in the name of Mrs. Prabhavati Devi wife of Mr. Ram Avtar resident of Tehsil Road, Mahuwaria, Mirzapur

The matter of concern is different here since Department of electricity, district-Mirzapur who provided electricity connection to the sister-in-law of the applicant Sunita so on the same ground Sunita must also be provided electricity connection if her sister in-law is poor, she is also poor. Here this question arises that Why in the same premises electricity connection was provided if to provide electricity connection was illegal as reported by the concerned is staff. I think that an illegal work is performed by the public staff only when he is provided illegal gratification otherwise there is no other way of thinking. It reflects rampant corruption in the working of the public authority department of electricity because they are not providing electricity to the aggrieved consumer. If the government of Uttar Pradesh is honest in its working, then they must order an inquiry into the matter of providing connection in which there is rampant corruption in the department.
