Grievance Description
The matter concerns the deep-rooted corruption in the working of electricity distribution division district-Mirzapur and also concerns the human rights violation of a woman which must be curbed by the accountable public staff of the government.
The repeated arbitrary and inconsistent reports submitted by the staff of the Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited only showing the anarchy in the working of the public authority.
Executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mr. Rajesh Kumar District Mirzapur must meditate on it.
Mrs. Prabhavati Devi wife of Mr. Ram Avtar Has two sons and two daughters-in-law whose description is as follows.
1-Sunita, wife of Mr. Mangala Prasad and 2-Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad
In the same premises you have provided the electricity connection to the Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad who is the sister-in-law of the aggrieved applicant Sunita, wife of Mr. Mangala Prasad. Why is the following reason not applicable to Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad? Right to reason is an indispensable part of a sound administrative system quoted by the Honourable Supreme Court of India in its several judgments so this reason must be provided to the applicant as required under the law. Under subsection 1 d of the section 4 of the right to information act 2005 it has been categorically stated that it shall be obligatory duty of each public authority to provide the reasons of its decision to the parties concerned. Do not conceal corruption.
Sub Divisional officer Mr Vipin Kumar submitted its report on 10th November 2023 regarding the complaint reference number 60000230207098 and this communication was addressed to executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mr. Rajesh Kumar which is the first page of the attached pdf document to the grievance.
Executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr. Rajesh Kumar submitted the report on 4th October 2023 regarding the complaint reference number 60000230184093 and this communication was addressed to superintending engineer electricity distribution, division-Mirzapur which is the second page of the attached pdf document to the grievance.
In both the reports, the contents of the grievances were not touched by both the officers but they justified the illegal stand of their subordinate which is a mockery of the law of land and such practices must be stopped at any cost.
Respected executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mr Rajesh Kumar the applicant is talking about the same thing that if the electricity connection in the same premises was provided to one of the daughter in-law why is the other daughter in-law is being deprived of the electricity connection? Whether it is not corruption to provide the electricity connection by taking bribes from the electricity consumers and who are not in position to provide the bribe to the concerned staff of the Department of electricity such poor consumers are deprived of the electricity connection on the flimsy ground. It is quite obvious that sub divisional officer submitted an arbitrary and inconsistent report on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh which is mockery of the law and tantamount to indiscipline therefore action must be taken against him but who will take action because it is just like who will bell the cat. According to our Constitution of India everyone is alike before the law and everyone has equal protection of the law but where is equal protection if there is rampant corruption in the Department of electricity quite obvious from the current matter. It is quite obvious that the executive engineer did not adopt a logistic approach in submitting the report on the portal.

Mrs. Prabhavati Devi wife of Mr. Ram Avtar Has two sons and two daughters-in-law whose description is as follows. 1-Sunita, wife of Mr. Mangala Prasad and 2-Preeti W/O Ashok Prasad Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system so it is expected from the executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd District Mirzapur to provide the reason how can his department provided the electricity connection to Preeti wife of Ashok Prasad In the same premises? Undoubtedly subordinates of the executive engineer provided the connection to the lady after taking illegal gratification otherwise there was no legitimate reason to provide the connection. From the contents of the grievance and the report submitted by the executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd, It is quite obvious that there is no relevancy between report and the grievance. It is quite obvious that our chief minister is failed to curb corruption in the Department of electricity.

This is a partiality and such practices must be stopped which are taking place because of corruption which is rampant in the working of the local office of Uttar Pradesh Power corporation limited of the government off Uttar Pradesh.
