Grievance Description
The matter concerns land grabbing through cheating does not concern with land dispute, by the brothers of my deceased father by colluding with the Lekhpal, revenue inspector and tahsildar of tehsil Lalganj, district Mirzapur.
Right to reason is an indispensable part of the sound administrative system, so public information officer must provide the reason for not taking action against offenders under sections 466 467 468 420 195 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. There is no title dispute between the applicant and opposite party, but a criminal conspiracy to deprive the applicant from the property of her father and police is escaping from the matter by taking recourse that the matter is civil which is illogical.
In 2022, the Supreme Court ruled that daughters have the right to inherit their parents’ self-acquired property and any other property of which they are absolute owners, adding that this rule would apply even in cases where the parents of a daughter died intestate before the codification of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.
Section 4(2) amendment
The Section 4(2) of the Hindu Succession Act did not include agricultural lands under its scope of inheritance. This was revoked in 2005 by adding the right to claim inheritance over agricultural lands. The Act was amended to ensure greater equality between men and women, so that women could exercise their rights on the lands they have been toiling.
Class-I heirs-vi. Daughter of predeceased son
The applicant was class-1 heir in the property of my grandfather who died in 2005 but the property was not inherited in favour of the applicant and the applicant was merely 10 years old at that time. Which is quite obvious from the last page of the attached PDF document to the grievance. They have cheated my entire property dishonestly by colluding with the staff of Tehsil by reaping the vulnerability of the applicant. Grievance Description
The matter concerns the forgery and manipulation of revenue records which is amenable by concerned police by registering the first information report under appropriate sections of the Indian Penal Code. This is a humble request of the applicant to the Superintendent of police district Mirzapur to direct the station house officer, police station- Dramand Ganj, block-Halia, police circle Lalganj, district Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
Land grabbing is a criminal offence while the land dispute is a civil matter. Here offenders hatched the criminal conspiracy by colluding with the staff of the tehsil Lalganj to eliminate the name of the father of the applicant from the revenue records.
It is quite obvious that offenders cheated the property of my father which was to automatically inherit to the applicant. There is no title dispute between the offenders and the applicant regarding the impugned land because the offenders did not get any order of the competent court before grabbing the land of my father but they used a way of forgery and manipulation of the revenue record by eliminating the name of my father. The applicant is praying for justice before the accountable officers of the police. Such fraudulent elements must be demoralized by taking action against their cheating and dishonest acts.
It is quite obvious from the attached PDF reports to the grievance that police is illogically connecting it to the land dispute by overlooking the contents of the grievance. Whether the action can be taken by a magistrate or civil judge under sections 466 467 468 420 195 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is obvious that police are running away from providing justice to vulnerable sections, especially women and girls. Whether the rights of women and girls in this largest democracy in the world are safe as claimed by our political masters during their election campaign.
Right to reason is an indispensable part of the sound administrative system so public information officers must provide the reason for not taking action against offenders under sections 466 467 468 420 195 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. There is no title dispute between the applicant and opposite party, but a criminal conspiracy to deprive the applicant from the property of her father and police is escaping from the matter by taking recourse that the matter is civil which is illogical.
Police are making failed efforts to demoralize the applicant and her family members by registering the false first information report under preventive measures and submitting arbitrary and inconsistent and parrot reports in the matter which are frustrating and reflecting failure of the system in providing justice to the deprived in the society.
Police should not overlook the forgery of the public records which deprived the applicant from the property of her father on which her right is decided and proved from the birth. It is quite obvious that offenders grabbed the land of the father of the applicant through the forgery which is a criminal offence and this offence is amenable under the criminal procedure code and cases must be registered under the Indian Penal Code. Concerned police must be restrained from submitting worthless reports as done by them repeatedly.
For registering First Information Report against the conspirators who hatched conspiracy to exclude the name of my father from the revenue records, family register under the possession of secretary of the village panchayat and cheating the property by colluding with the Lekhpal, revenue inspector and tahsildar which was the share of my father.
Sub inspector Mr Arvind Kumar Saroj misused section 107 /116 of the criminal procedure code and overlooked guidelines of the High Court of judicature at Allahabad issued to prevent the misuse of section 151, 107 and 116 of the criminal procedure code and government of Uttar Pradesh through its department of home issued circular.

Grievance Description
The matter concerns land grabbing does not land dispute by the brothers of my deceased father by colluding with the Lekhpal, revenue inspector and tahsildar of tehsil Lalganj, district Mirzapur.
it is quite obvious that applicant is a woman and seeking justice from the police and police concerned to demoralize the applicant implicated her and her husband under preventive measures with ulterior motive to harass the applicant.
Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system so public information officer must provide the reason of not taking action against offenders under sections 466 467 468 420 195 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. There is no title dispute between the applicant and opposite party, but a criminal conspiracy to deprive the applicant from the property of her father and police is escaping from the matter by taking recourse that the matter is civil which is illogical.
Police is making failed effects to demoralize the applicant and her family members by registering the first information report under preventive measures and submitting arbitrary inconsistent and parrot report in the matter are frustrating and reflecting failure of the system in providing justice to the deprived in the society.

The matter concerns the working of the S.H.O. Dramand Ganj, Circle officer Lalganj, tehsil Lalganj district Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh. The following diseased is the father of the applicant whose address is as follows.
Siya Kant Mishra S/O Shambhusaran Mishra, village- Bhaisod Balay Pahad post-Daramalganj, tehsil-Lalganj, development block-Halia, District- Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh.
This application is under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to seek inquiry regarding the application made by the applicant before the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj dated 20th January 2023 with stamp of Rs.10 verified by the notary for the death certificate of my father Siya Kant Mishra S/O Late Shambhusaran Mishra which is attached as page 4 of the attached PDF documents to the grievance.
It is quite obvious from the report Police is only submitting clutters in the form of report which are misleading not only to complainant but the senior rank officers in the government machinery and such practices must be curbed by the accountable staff of the government. Undoubtedly there is rampant corruption in the working of the public departments. Because of the rampant corruption in the working of the police its credit has reached Nadir.
It is an obligatory duty of the police to act on the prayers and contents of the grievances of the aggrieved people and provide justice to them through the courts. It is quite obvious that the police is submitting arbitrary and inconsistent reports on the public grievance portal as well as on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. How much ridiculous report of the station house officer of the Police station Dramand Ganj district Mirzapur is only repetition of the earlier reports. . The name of the father of the applicant was eliminated from the revenue records through forgery of the public record
