Additional secretary and the first appellate authority in Lucknow development authority is saying that the information sought by the appellant does not concern with the Lucknow development authority which means it was transferred by the office of chief secretary wrongly to conceal the information which has been sought from the office of chief secretary. If the public information officer in the office of chief secretary has genuine logics regarding his action, then he must explain to first appellate authority within prescribed time otherwise provide the following information.
