The applicant has attached a pdf document containing nine pages first three of which belong to network speed test of Airtel service providing company and second three pages belong to the network speed test of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited service providing company and third three pages belong to the network speed test of Jio infocomm limited service providing company. If we conclude these results then we find out that Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is the best service providing company regarding the network coverage and network speed in my area and the second position is occupied by Jio infocomm limited, service providing company and the third position is of airtel service providing company. Which can be easily observed from the attached screenshots of the network speed test. Now the applicant wants that staff of the service providing company Airtel must observe these results and provide logical conclusions about it. In the following email it has been categorically stated by the staff of the service providing company Airtel that they are providing best possible services in my area, which means they are failed to provide the services i.e. they are providing opportunities to port the mobile number to the other service providers if they cannot provide services satisfactorily.

Team of the Airtel was telling the applicant his feeder is 200 metres away from the residence of the applicant. This implies that tower is not working properly, and its efficiency is low which is Root cause it is not providing expected result. The applicant has only two options either he may port the number or concerned company staff may improve the network services.

It seems that you did not take the perusal of the attached pdf documents to the grievance which is categorically showing that your network services in the area of the applicant is in very much poor condition, and it is poorest in three main service providers while you are charging greatest tariff so you must improve your services. You have mentioned in your report that you are providing best of your services I think that it is not a solution. I do not need your best services but you are providing poorest services in the service providers and charging the greatest tariff so you must provide best of the services among all service providers. Why are you charging greatest tariff if you are providing poorest services ipso facto obvious from the attached photographs of network speed test? Undoubtedly the applicant is facing miserable condition and waiting time to complete the subscription so that application for port could be submitted. It is quite obvious that arbitrary dealings of the customer care is the violation of consumer rights.

Airtel must improve its services as charging the highest tariff of its services consequently customers may shift to other service providers. The matter concerns the poor network services of the service providing company Airtel which is quite obvious from the attached photographs to the grievance attached as PDF documents.
It seems that in the current regime, there is no value of complaints made by the consumers because of the rampant corruption in the government machinery in which there is no accountability and transparency in the working of the public departments.
Think about the gravity of the situation that service providing company Airtel charges the highest tariff but providing the poorest network this is a mockery of the law of the land.
The following remark was made by the customer care of the Airtel Company in the above grievance and consequently grievance was disposed of. Most respected sir it is most unfortunate problem of the compliment is still unresolved which must be taken into account. Customer grievance was regarding internet speed related concern on his airtel mobile numbers 7379105911 and 9005609242 so called the customer and informed him that we have found good voice and data usage on his number so informed him that this is the best possible coverage that can be provided currently. Further, informed the customer that we have taken his feedback and shared it with our dedicated team.
