Grievance Description

It seems that government provides the huge salary to the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City for only taking rest and leisure in the air conditioned office of the municipality Mirzapur City quite obvious from his working style. Undoubtedly it is shameless act that staff of the municipality Mirzapur City is not broming the lanes of the Surekapuram Colony.

From the attached photograph it is obvious that concerned staff of the municipality Mirzapur City did not broom the lane today, quite obvious from the cow dung spread over the road. If they are not brooming the road after the applications then what can be expected from them if no complaints are being made by the common people of Mirzapur City.

It is quite obvious that the following grievance was submitted by the applicant on 01/10/2023 making a complaint in regard to dereliction of Duty by the staff of the municipality Mirzapur City but there is no reaction on the part of the staff of municipality Mirzapur City. The Cleanliness drive mission of our Prime Minister is not only a mission but an election plank for the Bharatiya Janata Party government both at the centre and in the states. What is its ground reality attached photographs are explaining it.

The matter concerns the mismanagement in the municipality Mirzapur city and working of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City who submits the arbitrary and inconsistent reports on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. There is no transparency and accountability in the working of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City which is quite obvious from the attached pictures to the grievance which is showing that how the cleanly dried mission of our prime minister Mr Narendra Damodar Das Modi has failed because of anarchy in municipality Mirzapur city.

The brief description of the submissions of the applicant is as follows which must be perused by the accountable officer of the government of Uttar Pradesh and appropriate order must be issued in the matter otherwise this management will continue as such.

1- Whether the executive officer will ask his staff, especially supervisor in the area when the broom was put in the lane before the House of the applicant? When he will reply that the lane is cleaned daily then he must take the perusal of the attached documents to the grievance which are categorically showing that Lane has not been cleaned since one week.

2- It is submitted before the Honourable sir that the government is spending huge amounts of funds for the development which is quite obvious from the first page of the attached pdf document which must be perused by the accountable staff of the municipality Mirzapur city. EMS Infracon Pvt. Ltd. C-88 RDC Rajnagar Ghaziabad took out a tender of sewage construction for 35 wards in Mirzapur city which cost Rs.22560.92 Lakhs. What is the current situation in the district? Everyone knows well only dust is flying in the air.

3- The government is spending huge amounts of funds in making cowsheds but the entire cows and their families are wandering on the streets of Mirzapur City and repeated complaints are being made but the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City has closed his eyes and ears. Whether it does not reflect anarchy in the working of the municipality Mirzapur city which has made the lives of the residents of the Mirzapur City Hell.

This is a humble request of the applicant to the Honourable sur to take appropriate action in the matter so that problems of the residents of the Surekapuram Colony must be resolved by the staff of the municipality Mirzapur city.
