 Description of Information Sought The matter concerns the working of the deputy director agriculture District Mirzapur. The applicant has attached the list of beneficiaries of the prime minister Kesan Samman Nidhi of Village Panchayat-Nibi Gaharwar, post-Nibi Gaharwar, Development Block-Chhanvey, police station- Vindhyachal district Mirzapur, pin code 231303. I have studied the list of beneficiaries of numerous village panchayats in the district-Mirzapur and found many irregularities in the list of beneficiaries. The applicant has found a huge fund is being syphoned by the corrupt public functionaries through manipulation of the documents concerning the beneficiaries of Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi. 

Public information officer/deputy director of Agriculture District Mirzapur may provide the following information to the information seeker point wise as follows. 

1- Whether an individual can reap the benefits of two beneficiaries under the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme is quite obvious from the attached beneficiaries list to the online RTI application. Please provide the copy of such provision. 

2- Please provide the verification details of the beneficiaries of the prime minister kisan Samman Nidhi in the village panchayat Nibi Gaharwar in the last five years which must also include the name and designation of the staff who did the verification of the beneficiaries.

3- Whether the attached list has been verified by the staff of the department if verified then provide the designation and the name of the staff who verified this list. 

4- Provide the criteria for the selection of the beneficiaries of the prime minister Kisan Salman Nidhi scheme of the government of India. 

5- Whether the farmers without land may be beneficiary of the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme if yes then provide the provision, circular, office memo, government notifications and orders which support it.
