From this email sent by the nodal officer Paytm Platform, it is obvious that the matter has not been resolved by the mandate to whom Ombudsman Chandigarh forwarded the matter. Undoubtedly it is a fact if the matter does not concern Paytm how can they resolve the matter so in the interest of Justice the matter may be forwarded to the platform RupeBazaar.

The matter concerns the transactions of huge amount which messages were sent on my mobile number 7379105911 but these transactions we are not credited to my Paytm Bank account which is quite obvious from the report of the nodal officer of the Paytm platform.

There is no doubt that it is a kind of anarchy which must be curbed by the accountable public functionaries of the reserve Bank of India.

अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित महोदय, जाँच आख्या संलग्न है आख्या अवलोकनार्थ सादर सेवा में प्रेषित है संदर्भित प्रकरण मे गहराई से जॉच किया गया तथा प्रभारी निरीक्षक थाना कोतवाली कटरा से आख्या प्राप्त किया गया तो पाया गया कि आवेदक उपरोक्त पते की निवासी है जांच से ज्ञात हुआ कि सम्बन्धित प्रकरण में आवेदक के तहरीर के आधार पर थाना स्थानीय पर दिनांक 20.09.2023 को मु0अ0सं022623 धारा 420 भादवि व 66डी आईटी बनाम कस्टमर केयर नं0 155260 का कॉल रिसीवर सुमित कुमार कस्टमर केयर इण्डियन पोस्ट पेमेण्ट बैंक पंजीकृत किया गया है जिसकी विवेचना निरीक्षक श्री अरविन्द कुमार यादव द्वारा की जा रही है विवेचना का गुणदोष श्रीमान् जी आख्या संलग्न है

It is quite obvious that concerned police submitted arbitrary and inconsistent report in the matter. This matter concerns the financial platform RupeBazaar which streamed messages of high value transactions on the registered mobile number of the applicant and complaint was made to take action in streaming of such irritating messages because it is fraudulent activities of the concerned financial institution which will only promote corruption in the working of the financial institutions. Such streaming of messages results in the huge financial loss to the mobile number holder with which bank account is attached. It seems that concerned police did not take the perusal of the contents of the grievance and submitted the report of different matter which is a mockery of the law of land and action must be taken against the wrongdoer staff of the police in accordance with the law. Whether such anarchy in the governance of Uttar Pradesh may be termed as good governance as claimed by our political masters.
