Grievance Description

The applicant is sending the photograph taken right now by the applicant which is showing that concerned staff of the municipality Mirzapur city did not put the broom in the lane for many days. How can it be justified that the false reports are submitted by the supervisor of the municipality Mirzapur City regarding the complaints having no consistency at the ground level? The matter concerns the working of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City who is adopting lackadaisical approach in managing the affairs of the municipality Mirzapur city.

The matter concerns the not putting brooms in the lanes in Surekapuram colony under Dangahar ward in municipality Mirzapur city.

This is the sixth complaint submitted by the applicants in this matter and the most surprising thing is that concerned staff of the municipality Mirzapur City did not put the broom in the lane, reflecting total mismanagement in the working of the municipality Mirzapur City. It seems that the entire system has collapsed which is resulting in such a way. Why are concerned staff overlooking the grievances submitted on the public grievance portal is itself a question? Sometimes the applicant thinks that there is no transparency and accountability in the working of the municipality Mirzapur City.

From the report of the executive engineer Mr. Sanjay Kumar, it is quite obvious that the matter does not concern his office which has been categorically explained by him in the report submitted by the concerned staff of the government on the Jansunwai Portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. It has been also stated by the executive engineer that the matter concerns executive officer Municipality Mirzapur City so it must be redressed by him. It is most unfortunate that executive officer municipality Mirzapur city forwarded the matter to the executive engineer Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam urban district Mirzapur without taking perusal of the contents of the grievance. How can it be justified those grievances received from the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh may be taken by the concerned staff negligently? Here the executive officer had to submit the report of its subordinates instead of communication exchanged with executive engineer. Dereliction of duty is quite explicit.

The brief description of the submissions is as follows.

1- Please provide the name of the staff who put the broom in the lane before my house in the last three days.

2- Whether the management of the municipality Mirzapur city is ruled by the anarchy where rule of law has been replaced by the rule of anarchy ipso facto from the working style of it.

3- Herds of cattle are moving on the roads and staff of the municipality Mirzapur City are failing to catch them and dispose of them in the cow sheds which are running on paper.

4- Most respected Sir may take the perusal of the attached photographs to the grievance which are showing the current position of the road which has not been broomed for one week.

5- Whether accountable staff of the municipality Mirzapur city have time to visit the Surekapuram colony which has been victim of dereliction of the staff of the municipality Mirzapur City.

6- The temporary cow sheds made in the district by spending huge government funds are running only on paper and bike source of income of the public staff.

7- The applicant found a scam in making the temporary cow sheds in that district and submitted representation before the accountable staff of the government, but no action was taken by the government against the bunglers of the government fund because this corruption is oriented from top rank administrative hierarchy to the bottom.

8- When there is mismanagement in maintaining the stray animals moving on the roads and discharging excretion on the road then at least sweepers of the municipality Mirzapur city must put brooms on the roads daily.
