Most respected Sir following application was made available to the inspector of anti-cyber-crime Mr Arvind Yadav and the applicant welcomes the step of Mr Arvind Yadav summoning the applicant to the police station to know about the case details. The applicant was informed by the staff of the Police Chowki Mandi Samiti that I must visit Kotwal Katra/IN-CHARGE anti-cyber-crime to register first information report in the matter of cyber fraud in which PAN of the applicant was blatantly misused by the fraudulent elements consequently notices were streamed by the corrupt staff of the department of income tax without proper verification of the available records. I spent three hours in Kotwali Katra finally Mr. Arvind Yadav assured the applicant my F.I.R. will be registered today and not I am at my dwelling place and imparting this good news with the office of chief minister who always said the matter concerns ministry of finance but finally F.I.R. is going to be registered as assured by IN-CHARGE anti-cyber-crime. The applicant prays to God that the assurance proved to be true. PDF document of the hard copy is attached to the grievance which are signed by the applicant.

The brief description of the case is as follows.

1-Mobile number -7024188072 and email- dngoldraipur18@gmail.com given in annual information report do not belong to complainant. This mobile number and email is the cause of the entire trauma of the complainant. This person misused my PAN by colluding with the department of income tax.

2-Please register F.I.R. under Section 466, 467,468,469,420, IT Act, 471 of I.P.C. against Manish Mishra, CIT e-Verification and Mohammad Daud Ahmad, Income Tax Officer (I & CI) Tax Building, Civil Lines, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.

3-In A.I,S. i.e. annual information statement Mobile number -7024188072 and email- dngoldraipur18@gmail.com but the aforementioned duo streamed notices on the emails and mobile number of the applicant. This implies that they have shared the information of the applicant and conspired with the applicant with ulterior motives to harass applicant.

Please act against the offenders irrespective of their rank and status for these applicants I will ever pray you, Honourable Sir.

This is a humble request of the applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness, and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? This is the need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray to you, Hon’ble Sir.

महोदय, जाँच आख्या संलग्न है संदर्भित प्रकरण मे गहराई से जॉच किया गया तथा प्रभारी निरीक्षक कोतवाली कटरा से आख्या प्राप्त किया गया तो पाया गया कि आवेदक उपरोक्त पते की निवासी है जॉच से ज्ञात हुआ कि उक्त प्रकरण के सम्बन्ध मे थाना स्थानीय पर मु0अ0सं029123 धारा420 भादवि व 66सी,66डी आईटी एक्ट पंजीकृत किया गया है जिसकी विवेचना श्री अरविन्द कुमार यादव निरीक्षक अपराध कोतवाली कटरा द्वारा सम्पादित की जा रही है विवेचना का गुणदोष के आधार पर निस्तारण करने हेतु विवेचक को निर्देशित किया गया है जॉच आख्या सादर अवलोकनार्थ सेवा मे प्रेषित है

During most honest prime minister PAN was updated in 13 anonymous bank accounts and income tax issued notice of Rs.161206667 and most surprising thing is that our prime minister claim that except him no one can overcome corruption from government machinery. Undoubtedly to root out corruption from government machinery we need not only honest prime minister, but we also need honest public staff as well as our prime minister must be surrounded by honest council of Ministers. Think about huge transaction of Rs.161206667 by misusing my PAN and instead of proper verification by staff of the Department of income tax they served the notice to the aggrieved applicant. Mobile number -7024188072 and email- dngoldraipur18@gmail.com given in annual information report do not belong to complainant. This mobile number and email is cause entire trauma of complainant. This person misused my PAN by colluding with department of income tax. Income tax did not serve notice on this mobile number and email.
