It is quite obvious that prepaid funds available to the Facebook of India of the applicant is Rs.788.45It is quite obvious from the attached document to the grievance when the aforementioned company cancelled the ads of the applicant then it was obligatory duty of the staff of the company to refund the paid amount of the aggrieved applicant. Unfortunately, they still have not done so. The applicant have submitted repeated representations against Facebook India on the portals at the government but because of the corruption in the government machinery such representations could not reap justified solutions for the applicant. How can the government of India allow cheaters like Facebook India to proliferate business activities on its land whose sole motive is to loot the innocent and gullible people? Which canon law allows Facebook India that its staff may take the money of people without making advertisements. Please direct the staff of Facebook India to refund the prepaid money of the applicant by pursuing the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India. Take action against cheaters of Facebook India.
