* Prayer or Relief Sought There is rampant corruption in the working of the district supply officer district Mirzapur which is the Root Cause they are running away from providing any information to the public and their activities are cryptic and mysterious quite obvious from their act they did not upload any information on the government portal. Please take the perusal of the current status of the submitted RTI application on the portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh which is still awaiting the upload of the information by the concerned public staff which is a mockery of the provisions of the right to information act 2005. Nodal Officer Details Name ANIL KUMAR Telephone Number 05222286050 Email-ID up.supplyfncs@gmail.com Think about the cryptic and corrupt dealings of the public information officer that he forwarded the matter to a public information officer but neither telephone number nor email are given in the status which is a mockery of the provisions of right to information act 2005 and such officers who promote the corrupt dealings in the working of the public authorities must be punished in accordance with the law but because of rampant corruption and anarchy no such actions are taken by the public authorities. To provide the better facility to the citizens, the state government of Uttar Pradesh has provided the facility of the portal but it is not being used properly by the public authorities because of corruption in their working which they do not want to remove from their practices. Here this question arises whether the portal provided by the government of Uttar Pradesh to its citizens is only a showpiece if not why the concerned public information officer did not upload the information on the portal of the government. This RTI application was submitted by the appellant on 16th July 2023 and it is 7th November 2023 which means it can be easily guessed how much concerned public staff is serious in providing the information to the information seeker and what is the management on the RTI portal of the government?
