* Description of Information Sought Not a single information is being provided by the public information officer in the regional office Varanasi of the board of secondary education, evident from his cryptic denial of information by submitting inconsistent reply in replying to the application submitted under right to information act 2005. The information seeker sought information from him concerning transfer and posting of the staff in the regional office of board of secondary education. There is rampant corruption in the working of the regional office Varanasi which is the root-cause concerned public information officer is not providing any information to the information seeker.
