First appellate authority/additional secretary Lucknow development authority considered the aforementioned communication of Tehsildar Shashi Bhushan Pathak as information in the matter.

Consequently, no information was made available to the appellant because concerned staff of Lucknow development authority made the mockery of the provisions of right to Information Act 2005. The appellant is not satisfied with the denial of information by the public information officer so following information is again being sought by the appellant.

Sir, at present, the Lucknow Development Authority is ignoring everyone whether it is an application under Right to Information 2005 or a complaint or any request on the ground that a committee has been constituted in the matter, but they will neither tell anything about the committee nor try to resolve the matter in question. Whether Yogi government stops corruption in this way? 

You denied the information in the name of setting up a committee to look into the corrupt activities carried out by the concerned staff of the Lucknow Development Authority. You are again requested to provide the following information so that the corrupt staff of the Lucknow Development Authority may be exposed in the public domain and how L.D.A. is shielding its corrupt staff ipso facto? 

1-L.D.A. may provide the details of title suit filed by multi-named lady Anuradha Singh in the record of L.D.A. Guddi Singh including the designation, name of the public staff who executed it with posting detail. 

2-L.D.A. may provide the copy of the order passed by the competent court deciding the title suit of the Anuradha Singh in the compliance of the High court order in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006. 

3-L.D.A. may provide the detail of the posting of the staff executing the registry of impugned plots to allottees with designation and name so that accountability may be fixed. 

4-Detail of the committee setup to check the irregularities including name, designation and posting details of its members which may include date of joining the department. 

5-PIO may provide the details of government functionaries nominated the members of the committee including posting details and stipulated time given to the committee to complete the enquiry.
