The matter concerns the insensitivity of the staff of the electricity distribution division second district Mirzapur who did not install transformer even after one and half months which is a mockery of the law of land and action must be taken against the wrongdoer element of the Department of electricity but here this question arises that who will bell the cat? It is quite obvious that they are well apprised of the fact that action will not be taken against them by the accountable staff of the department of electricity because of corruption which is the Root Cause of this anarchy. Most respected Sir, where is good governance in the state of Uttar Pradesh if the burnt transformer is substituted by repaired transformer after one and half month? Our motive is good governance but it can be obtained if there will be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the public servants but there is rampant corruption in the government machinery which is stumbling block in the path.

It is quite obvious that 10 days passed but the burnt transformer could not be replaced by the executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd District- Mirzapur. It is evident that the matter concerns the wide public interest but the executive engineer Mr Rajesh Kumar is not taking seriously which is showing the Mismanagement in the working of the public authority.
