Grievance Description

The matter concerns working of commissioner of police Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh so it must be forwarded abruptly for swift action in the matter.

Mobile number of Dinesh Gupta-8448031966, This person used to make irritating missed calls on the mobile numbers of family members of the applicant. In the Truecaller the name of the missed call is Mr X but in brackets it is written Dinesh Gupta, quite obvious from the attached PDF document of the screen shot taken out from the mobile handset. To see the missed call details, I attached a PDF document to the grievance. The address of Dinesh Kumar Gupta is as follows.

The applicant is a 77 years old senior citizen currently living at the following address because my son is employed in a company which has offices in Noida.

Subject- Please take action against the offender Dinesh Kumar Gupta under the appropriate sections of Indian penal code for making irritating missed calls on the mobile numbers of the family members of the applicant.

The brief description of the case may be summarised as follows.

1-Dinesh Kumar Gupta is a habitual offender to harass the applicant and his family members for it he was registered under the case as Budaun police registered him under section 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal code along with his companions.

2-The applicant and his family members are familiar with his uncivil behaviour so we do not pick up his phone calls but still he is not stopping such phone calls quite obvious from the attached missed call list.

3-Because of the rowdy and assaulting behaviour of the offender Dinesh Kumar Gupta the applicant and his wife left the native village and are living with their son because he is habitual to breach the peace of the applicant and his family.

4-We are law-abiding citizens, please protect us from rowdy Dinesh Kumar Gupta and his criminal activities who is always in search of tricks to Harass family members and applicants.

5-The jealousy of the offender Dinesh Kumar Gupta is quite obvious from the fact that he sent two emails against my son Rahul Kumar Rastogi to his senior rank officers of the company by making baseless allegations against him. The offender Dinesh Kumar Gupta always conspires to lower the image of the applicant and his family members through baseless allegations.

This is a humble request of the applicant to take action against the rowdy Dinesh Kumar Gupta under the appropriate section of the Indian Penal Code who made the lives of the family members of the applicant and the applicant itself hell. For this, the applicant shall ever pray to you most respected sir.
