Director Agriculture is a stumbling block in providing the assistance under the scheme of Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi, but it is most unfortunate the government of Uttar Pradesh is not taking action against the director Department of Agriculture government of Uttar Pradesh. He is neither providing information under right to information at 2005 nor he is redressing the grievances of the applicant properly which is a mockery of the law of land and it is obligatory duty of the accountable staff of the government of Uttar Pradesh to take action against the director Department of Agriculture Uttar Pradesh.
Verified By District and Pending for Approval at State Level is the status of application for Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi of the applicant. This implies that the matter concerns the working of the director of Agriculture Department of Agriculture Lucknow. How can matter be resolved by the officers at the district level when the matter concerns the director of Agriculture at Lucknow?
Honourable sir following is the status of the RTI application submitted by the information seeker on the RTI online portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Nodal Officer Details Name AKHILESH CHANDRA SHARMA Telephone Number 9235629308 Email-ID dirag@up.nic.in From this status it is quite obvious that the appellant submitted the aforementioned RTI application on 19th June 2023 and later it was forwarded to the public information officer on 27th June 2023. It is 18th August 2023 which implies that two months have passed and the concerned public information officer did not provide any information to the appellant which is a mockery of the provisions of the right to information 2005. The Government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities introduced the right to information act 2005 in the parliament of the country so that rampant corruption in the government machinery may be controlled. More than 18 years have passed but it is most unfortunate that provisions of the right to information act are being diluted under the pressure of corruption which is rampant in the government machinery.
Deputy Agriculture Director Mirzapur who is also Public Information Officer may provide the following information pointwise to the applicant 1- Provide the posting details of Deputy Agriculture Director District Mirzapur and the date when he has joined the district Mirzapur.
2- Why is the Deputy Agriculture Director asking the applicant for a copy of khatauni, Aadhaar card and passbook? 3-On the basis of which decree, circular, office memo the Deputy Director of Agriculture is demanding the above documents from the applicant. Please provide a copy of the above documents.
4- Sir, when the online application of the applicant has been approved by the sub-district level or block label, then why is the demand for the above documents being asked to be sent from the district level to the block level?
5- Provide the posting details of the Deputy Director of Agriculture Mirzapur, the date of joining in Mirzapur and the first posting details of the subordinate who is processing the online application of the applicant.
6- There is no reason to ask for a bank account, so the circular should be made available on the basis of which the bank details of the applicant are being sought.
The above information should be made available to the applicant within the time limit prescribed under Section 7 sub-section 1 of the Right to Public Information Act, 2005, for which the applicant will always be grateful to public information officer.
