1- Victim Mira Rani made the complaint by name but the investigation officer took action against those people to whom Meera Rani does not know. Right to reason is the indispensable part of a sound administrative system as articulated by the honourable apex court of India in its various judgments.
Public information officer should provide the reason of it.
2- Investigation officer of the police left the offenders scot-free in a cryptic and mysterious way and the applicant cum victim was implicated by him under preventive measures.
Public information officer may provide the action taken by the competent police officer if not taken, then provide the reason for it.
3- Public information officer may provide the action taken report in regard to the application of the victim Mira Rani W/O Pahalwan Singh, town and police station Muskara, District-Hamirpur addressed to the circle officer Rath, District Hamirpur.
