Right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system so it is the obligatory duty of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City must tell the reason of not taking any action in the matter of construction of the road under Sangmohal over bridge.

Executive officer Municipality Mirzapur City must Tell the reason of not making the road under the Sangmohal overbridge, which was made several years ago, and its estimate was made by the junior engineer Manoj Sonkar one year ago and this estimate was submitted on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Think about the credibility of the Jansunwai Portal and the reports submitted on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh and its staff of the Chief Minister Office who supervised the working style of the Jansunwai Portal of Uttar Pradesh.

The matter concerns the working of the executive officer Municipality Mirzapur City. Municipality prepared estimates of Rs.3228285 for interlocking road on 05.09.2022 but in one year they did nothing which is mirror of development.

Here matter concerns the credibility of the report submitted by the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City regarding the construction of the road under Sangmohal over bridge which was made 8 years ago by the Akhilesh Yadav government installed in Uttar Pradesh.

Undoubtedly at that time concerned government in Uttar Pradesh made the over bridge but it could not construct the damaged road under the over bridge which is the root cause of the problems being faced by the travelers passing through Sangmohal crossing through the over bridge. One year ago executive officer municipality Mirzapur City Submitted an estimate after the numerous complaints made by the applicant regarding the construction of the road under the Sangamohal over bridge which is as follows and attached as the first page of the attached documents to the grievance.

It is most unfortunate that near about one year passed but concerned did not take any step in the direction to construct interlocking and common people are making their cloths and shoes dirty including students as it is raining season. The estimate of the construction work of the road has been prepared Rs.3228285.00. Based on the availability of funds, the work will be done after approval from the competent authority. The above report is based on the inspection report given by Mr. Manoj Kumar Sonkar, Junior Engineer Mobile number-9129443406 on 05.09.2022. Therefore, please try to settle the complaint in the light of the above. city engineer Nagar Palika Parishad, Mirzapur.

Where is the good governance if the promises are made by the public functionaries but these promises are never kept by them which makes the system incredible? Our motive is good governance, but it is not easy task to obtain the goal of good governance. It seems that we are living in the era of lies. It is submitted before the Honourable sir that the government is spending huge amounts of funds for the development which is quite obvious from the first page of the attached pdf document which must be perused by the accountable staff of the municipality Mirzapur city. EMS Infracon Pvt. Ltd. C-88 RDC Rajnagar Ghaziabad took out a tender of sewage construction for 35 wards in Mirzapur city which cost Rs.22560.92 Lakhs. What is the current situation in the district? Everyone knows well only dust is flying in the air. Before spending the public fund there must be thought of Public Interest instead of thinking about filling their own pockets which is the root cause of the problem of the people in the area that public staff do not think about the miseries of the people but they think about their own pockets. For two and a half years only dust are flying in the air because entire roads in the district Mirzapur have been dug by the government staff. Cleanly drive mission of the government.
