Most respected Sir, the following message flashed on the screen of my mobile handset sent from the Cell Broadcasting System by the Department of Telecommunication, Government of India. It is noticeable that there was no sender of the message because it displayed on the screen with a weird sound that surprised the applicant. Nothing is happened in this universe without a proper cause so it is obligatory duty of the Department of telecommunication to tell the applicant reason of sending this flash message on the mobile handset of the applicant and if it has not sent this message then also tell it and if any information is available to the government must be provided to the applicant as it is fundamental duty of the applicant to make inquiry regarding such activity under article 51 of the constitution of India.
