Verified By District and Pending for Approval at State Level is the status of application for Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi of the applicant.
The matter concerns the working of the director in the directorate of Agriculture government of Uttar Pradesh whose office is procrastinating on providing approval to the application submitted for Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi quite obvious from the first page of the attached pdf document to the grievance.
The registration number : GOVUP/E/2023/0060942 Of the applicant was forwarded by the office of Chief Minister Government of Uttar Pradesh to the director agriculture at directorate Agriculture Lucknow on 20th September 2023. On 23rd September 2023 director agriculture government of Uttar Pradesh told the chief minister office that data made available by the applicant has been verified at the level of the Tehsil and also at the level of district now it is pending at the level of state which means in the office of director of agriculture Lucknow.
It is most unfortunate that the applicant made a complaint against the procrastination of the staff of the directorate on the Prime Minister Kesan Samman Nidhi application by the staff of the directorate of Agriculture at Lucknow. What was the need to send the application of the applicant at the district level when the entire formalities at the district level was over quite obvious from the attached document to the grievance? It was most unfortunate that the monitoring bodies of the office of the Chief Minister government of Uttar Pradesh considered the following grievance of the applicant disposed of by taking the recourse of an arbitrary and inconsistent report submitted by the directorate of Agriculture government of Uttar Pradesh that is also attached to this grievance.
Six months have passed since the date of registration for Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi and the Office of the director of Agriculture is procrastinating on it which is a mockery of the law of land. Think about the gravity of the situation but they are neither providing information under RTI nor are they redressing the grievances of the applicant.

Whether it is justified on the part of the director of agriculture who is escaping his obligatory duties is quite obvious from his working style. It is a well-known fact that Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi is not reaching to the needy because of the rampant corruption in the working of the public authority. There must be transparency and accountability in the working of the public authority department of agriculture government of Uttar Pradesh in dealing with the matters concerning Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi, but it is not so. This is a humble request of the applicant to take action against staff of the directorate who is procrastinating in providing approval on application of an applicant.
