Proceedings I have perused the allegations made in the complaint of complainant Yogi M.P. Singh. Looking to the nature of allegations made in the complaint it would be appropriate to call for a report from the District Magistrate, Mirzapur who shall look into the matter and after necessary inquiry associating the complainant, send his report to the Commission Head Office situated at TC-34-V-1 Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow on or before 18.07.2023. List/put- up this file on 19.07.2023. 

Public information officer in the office of district magistrate Mirzapur may provide the following information point wise as follows. 

1-Provide the name and designation of the staff who are processing the aforementioned order of the Uttar Pradesh human rights commission in the office of district magistrate Mirzapur. 

2-Provide the notings made by the district magistrate Mirzapur on the aforementioned order received from the Uttar Pradesh human rights commission when received in the office of district magistrate Mirzapur. 

3-Provide the investigation report of the enquiry officer nominated in the matter for the compliance of the order of the Uttar Pradesh human rights commission by the district magistrate Mirzapur. 

4-If any action has been taken by the district magistrate Mirzapur in the matter as a consequence of the enquiry report of the enquiry officer then a copy of the action taken report must be made available to the applicant. 

5-Provide the date when the order of the Uttar Pradesh human rights commission was received in the office of the district magistrate Mirzapur.
