Grievance Description

The matter concerns the arbitrary and inconsistent report submitted by the tahsildar Sadar through Lekhpal Umesh Tiwari which is against the set up norms of the government in the following grievance after the repeated alarms after applicant.

Grievance Description-The matter concerns with the grabbing of the public land in the village panchayat Bihasra Khurd after more than 2 dozen applications Lekhpal concerned submitted same parrot reply in the entire grievances which is a mockery of the law of land. Whether the Lekhpal, Revenue inspector and tahsildar Sadar have been so incompetent that they cannot understand the contents of the grievances. Dara report submitted by the tahsildar Sadar in the above grievance also attached to this grievance for the perusal of the Honourable Sir.

Short submissions in the matter is as follows.

1-There is no individual problem of the applicant and concerned Lekhpal because of the fear of corruption to be exposed is trying to mislead not only the applicant but the senior rank officers in the department. Consequently the concerned equal Lekhpal is only promoting anarchy in the department through such mysterious and cryptic dealings.

2-It is quite obvious from the revenue records of the revenue village there are more than 3 bigha land belonging to the government and the entire government land has been grabbed by the muscle men of the revenue village Bihasra Khurd. Since this grabbing of public land took place under the consent of the concerned staff of the tehsil Sadar which is the root cause Lekhpal is submitting inconsistent and arbitrary reports on the Jansunwai portal at the government of Uttar Pradesh. It is strategy of the staff of the tehsil Sadar to submit arbitrary and inconsistent reports in the matters which may expose them in the public domain.

3-If the entire public land of the village panchayat Bihasara Khurd may be freed from the clutches of the land grabbers then entire problem of the applicant will be resolved instead of submitting the reports in the form of clutters, tahsildar Sadar should make efforts to free the land of the village panchayat from the clutches of the land grabbers.

4-The applicant is making enquiry under Article 51 A of the constitution of India regarding the public property detail of the revenue village Bihasra Khurd, Khata number- 119, khasra number 71, area of the land 0.1010 hectare, report of the revenue inspector- no encroachment Please provide the paimise and location of the aforementioned public plot.

5-The applicant is making enquiry under Article 51 A of the constitution of India regarding the public property detail of the revenue village Bihasra Khurd, Khata number- 119, khasra number 89, area of the land 0.1390 hectare, report of the revenue inspector- no encroachment Please provide the paimise and location of the aforementioned public plot.

6-The applicant is making enquiry under Article 51 A of the constitution of India regarding the public property detail of the revenue village Bihasra Khurd, Khata number- 119, khasra number 155, area of the land 0.3790 hectare, report of the revenue inspector- no encroachment Please provide the paimise and location of the aforementioned public plot.

7-The applicant is making enquiry under Article 51 A of the constitution of India regarding the public property detail of the revenue village Bihasra Khurd, Khata number- 119, khasra number 21, area of the land 0.0510-hectare, report of the revenue inspector- no encroachment Please provide the paimise and location of the aforementioned public plot.

There is no public land any more in the revenue village because the entire land has been sold by the staff of Tehsil Sadar. Vide attached document to this grievance. Please help the applicant.

The contents of the grievance are both in Hindi and English language despite it concerned Lekhpal did not understand the contents of grievance which is too much embarrassing situation, and such practices must be curbed by the government of Uttar Pradesh.
