Grievance Description
Honourable Sir the matter does not concern with land dispute but it is grabbing of the land which is quite obvious from the report of the police therefore it is the obligatory duty of the police to register the case against the offenders for the grabbing of the land of the applicant. Whether the offenders are so credible in the eye of the police that police is not taking any action against them because they falsely moulding the police in cryptic and mysterious manner. Police must not forget its obligatory duties. Whether police can provide any authentic order of the competent authority which allows the offenders to grab the share of the applicant and his brothers. Respected Sir how can it be civil dispute if they have grabbed the land of the applicant without any authentic order of the competent authority? Such practices only promote the corruption in the society and the police is the mute spectator of such criminal activities which is ridiculous.

In this grievance the police have submitted arbitrary and inconsistent report which is not acceptable the applicant as it is promoting the anarchy in the government machinery which is converting into corruption. Whether police can allow land grabbing through such concocted stories which has been made in this matter?
In this matter police have two options, one of them is to provide the copy after order of the competent authority so that the applicant may challenge it to the proper court and the second option is to register the case against the offenders under the following sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Section 441 (Criminal Trespass): When someone unlawfully enters a property, or lawfully enters a property but unlawfully remains there (such as a tenant after expiration of tenancy) with the intent to commit an offence, or to intimidate, insult or annoy the person in possession of such property, it amounts to criminal trespass. Section 425 (Mischief): When someone intentionally or knowingly causes destruction of a property or any change in a property that diminishes its value or utility, they are said to commit “mischief”. Section 420 (Cheating): This provision is applied when someone cheats and deceives you into delivering any property to someone else. #Section 442 (House Trespass):This is a form of “criminal trespass” wherein the trespasser unlawfully enters a human dwelling, or any building used as a place of worship or as place for the custody of property. Section 503 (Criminal Intimidation): Any threat of injury to person, reputation or property with the intent to cause them to do something which they are not legally bound to do is a form of “criminal intimidation”. This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon'ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray to you, Honourable Sir.

Grievance Description
The matter concerns the corruption of the police and its working full of irregularities and anomalies and is entertainable by the Superintendent of police Sant Ravidas Nagar district Bhadohi.
It is quite obvious that the subject matter of the following grievance is as follows.
Grabbing of the Abadi land by Tej Dhar Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari the therefore action must be taken against him under the appropriate section of the Indian Penal Code.
This implies that here opposition party is Tej Dhar Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari and his sons.
Think about the inconsistency and arbitrariness after report submitted by the investigation officer of the police who has mentioned the opposition party as follows.
1-Sons of these three Tiwaris.
2-Vidyadhara Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari
3-VakilDhar Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari
4-TahsilDhar Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari
Applicant is making inquiry to the investigation officer and circle officer concerned, where is the opposition party who were actually mentioned in the grievance as Tej Dhar Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari and his sons.
Honourable Sir the matter concerns with the land grabbing by taking the concerned police under good faith which is quite obvious from the bogus inconsistent and arbitrary report of the police which is quite partial in favour of land grabbers ipso facto. Honourable Sir land grabbing is a criminal offence which must be redressed under the criminal procedure code and Indian Penal Code.
To see the bogus, inconsistent and arbitrary report of the police vide attached documents to the grievance.

Grievance Description
The matter concerns the working of the Superintendent of police Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi where grabbing of land has been a practice of unlawful elements because of lackadaisical approach of the police in dealing with the matter. No property is safe if the guardian is away from it. It seems that rule of law has been replaced by anarchy.

Subject-grabbing of the Abadi land by Tej Dhar Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari the therefore action must be taken against him under the appropriate section of the Indian Penal Code.
The matter concerns the grabbing of Abadi land which has been partitioned among the 4 brothers having equal shares About 45 years ago. The details of the shareholders are as follows.
1- Tej Dhar Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari
2-Vidyadhar Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari
3-Vakil Dhar Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari
4-Tahsil Dhar Tiwari S/O Ram Chandra Tiwari
It is quite obvious that entire Abadi land belonging to my grandfather Mr Ram Chandra Tiwari divided among 4 sons equally as aforementioned.
It was the obligatory duty of the concerned police to remove the encroachment done by the opposition party but it is most unfortunate that the police did not do so. This application has been submitted by the applicant on the 31st July 2023 and report submitted by concerned police is dated 25th July 2023 which means report is of back date. If this report is based on the report of the Lekhpal concerned then why it was not asked to the opposition party to remove the tin shed from the land of the applicant.
The applicant is again reiterating that he is living in the Mumbai the opposition party is reaping the benefit of it which must be curbed by the police. Whether the property of an individual is not safe in the state of Uttar Pradesh who are earning livelihood in other states. How can anyone claim of good governance
