Grievance Description
Here core issue is the corruption prevailed in the allocation of the prime minister and the Chief Minister Awases and the applicant is not asking for the prime minister and the Chief Minister Awas for Meenakshi Devi. I am seeking the list of the awases provided by the government in the concerned village panchayat and thereafter proper enquiry.
The condition of the government is to provide the Prime Minister Awas and Chief minister Avas, only to those people, having no pucca house and still it is a proven fact that Meenakshi Devi has no pucca house. The arbitrariness of the public staff cannot decide the pucca and Kacha House. Whether those government functionaries considering this house as Pucca House can live in this house for two days if not how can they do so?
At present the applicant is not requesting to provide the government Awas to the Minakshi Devi W/O Chhannu but the applicant is requesting to check the irregularity and anomaly prevailed in the allotment of government Awases by the government functionaries.
Honourable Sir our Prime Minister had declared that up to 2022 his government will provide government Awases to every poor in this country and the name of Minakshi wife of Channu was third in serial number in beneficiary list of Sakaraudi village panchayat for chief minister Awas quite obvious from the repeated reports of year 2021 of village secretary Ramdut Singh attached to the grievance. Undoubtedly it is reflecting deep rooted corruption in the allotment of the government awases to the poor people and action must be taken against the wrong doing staff of the government. Here this question arises that how many times the government functionaries in the state of Uttar Pradesh check the eligibility of the beneficiaries of the government awases?
It is most unfortunate that 3 RTI applications submitted by the applicant to seek the information concerning the allocation of government Awas in the Sakaraudi village panchayat but not a single RTI application was entertained by the government staff which is reflecting deep rooted corruption in the allocation of Prime Minister Awas and chief minister awases to the poor people.

It is quite obvious from the attached photograph of the concerned public staff that there is no pucca house of Minakshi Devi W/O Channu. The applicant has submitted four applications under right to information act 2005, To seek information concerning the government houses made in the village panchayat Sakraudi of Block Jamalpur district Mirzapur but concerned public staff are not providing those information because of corruption. From this photograph, It has been obvious that houses are made under the government schemes only on papers there is nothing to show on the ground which is the Root Cause Concerned staff are running away from providing information to the information seeker. Honesty is not to dictate on the public fora only but it must reflect in the working of the public authorities as well but here nothing is reflecting in the working of the public authorities. No one can cheat the innocent and gullible people in the name of false developments for longer duration. One day truth will come before the public and public will consider it seriously by exercising their franchise against such pseudo dealings.

Honourable Sir the aforementioned grievance has been redressed by the block development officer Jamalpur by submitting an arbitrary and inconsistent report which is highly objectionable to the applicant.
Our Prime Minister Sir, chief minister Sir and home minister Sir are the well-wishers of the poor and they have provided government awases to each and every poor in the country especially in the state of Uttar Pradesh quite obvious from the attached press release by the Government of India But it did not reach to the poor Minakshi Devi wife of Channu is a matter of surprising.
An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to make inquiry in regard to the anomalies prevailed in the allocation of the government Awas to the poor beneficiaries. The matter concerns block development officer Jamalpur district Mirzapur and the project director district Mirzapur quite obvious from the following communication data 24th July 2023 by project director Mirzapur to the block development officer Jamalpur.
Office District Rural Development Agency, Mirzapur. Letter / ST - DRDA / Public Information / 2022-23 dated 24th July, 2023
