The matter concerns the slow network speed and improper network coverage concerning the mobile number 9696389653 of Jio service provider company. You redressed the following grievance by submitting an arbitrary and inconsistent report. In the attached screenshot it is showing that services are unavailable. At present I am not talking about the data consumption, I am only talking about the slow network speed because I have a lot of data you can take them but provide the speed so that I may not be bore at the laptop as currently is going on.

I am writing this complaint by using the hotspot of my mobile handset in which I use Sims of Airtel and Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited.

Sometimes it seems that your network speed is the best among all service providers but during the evening hours you are only making as to cry because of your poor network services which you do not want to improve even after repeated complaints are being made by the applicant.

Why are you not getting checked network services of the area through your staff who may be credible to you? There is utmost necessity to improve the network services but why are you not serious about it is itself a question. Please resolve our problem with due care and attention for which we shall pray you. I expect that you will adopt cogent approach to resolve our problems instead of overlooking the matter as usually done by you quite obvious from your report submitted earlier in the above grievance.
