Provide the more detail of the consumption of Internet data concerning the mobile number 9696389653 of Jio service provider company.

From the first page of the attached pdf document to the grievance it is obvious that near about 6GB Internet data was consumed by the applicant between the time 12:56 PM to 3 PM. Honourable Sir may be pleased to take a glance of the first page of the attached pdf document.

Honourable Sir there are 4 pages also attached subsequently to the first page which are showing the network speed provided by the Jio service provider.

If the applicant met the allegation of the theft of data then from the next day , they will make the network speed so slow that navigation will not be feasible at the speed provided by them so I cannot make the allegation of the theft of data.

Therefore it is a humble request of the applicant to the staff of the Jio Company to provide the data details consumption by the applicant between that specific hour.


Please direct the accountable staff of the Jio Company to adopt the Cogent approach to provide the logistic solution in the matter so that the suspense of the applicant may be overcome. For this the applicant shall ever pray you, Honourable Sir.

Acknowledging the complaint, we wish to inform you that data charging is always accurate and data is consumed only when customer uses it.Please be informed there can be many reasons wherein data gets consumed at the backend, which customers may not be aware of. Example: Auto Updates/Using Hotspots/Auto Backup etc. Customers can check the app wise data usage from there mobile Phone. Steps for Android Phones only Go to “Settings” option (of the device) And in the search bar type “App Data usage” to check which application or service is/are consuming how much data and take appropriate action. The above information has been shared with customer over email.

With great respect the applicant wants to Inform you that The applicant uses this number or his laptop so your total advice did not fruit any result for the applicant. It is most unfortunate that you did not focus in your report on the improper network coverage sometimes during the day. Which is quite obvious from the attached screen to the grievance.
