विषय-The matter concerns the working of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City which must be taken seriously as concerning with the wide public interest and against the spirit of the cleanly drive mission of our prime minister Mr Narendra Damodar Das Modi. Whether the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city has no time to visit the miserable condition of the residence of Surekapuram colony. Because of the mismanagement in the working of the municipality Mirzapur City the residents of Surekapuram colony are living a hellish life. Please resolve our problems with utmost priority which will be praised by us. An application under Article 51 A of the Constitution of the India to make inquiry regarding to put broom in the lane of Surekapuram Colony as well as cleaning of the choked drainage. Think about the gravity of situation that because of the choked drainage, drainage water is entering into the houses of the dwellers of the Surekapuram colony. It is quite obvious that drainage water is sucking into the foundation of the houses located nearby causing spread of diseases to the people living in the area. This is a humble request of your applicant to you and Honourable sir to visit the affected area in the Surekapuram colony to be apprised of the fact so that truth may come to your knowledge. It seems so that cleanly drive mission of our great prime minister Mr Narendra Damodar das Modi takes its last breath when it enters into the gate of Surekapuram colony. There is no doubt that our motive is good governance but where is good governance if the municipality Mirzapur City made the lives of the residents of Surekapuram colony hell. Here this question arises that who supervises the clean and sanitation campaign after government of Uttar Pradesh? Everyone knows that if dirty water of the drainage will be logged into drainage, then drainage will become safe haven for the mosquitoes which will increase alarmingly the number of mosquitoes in the Surekapuram colony. The applicant has made repeated representations regarding the increasing number of stray animals on the road, but no appropriate action was taken by the municipality Mirzapur City because of non-accountability and non-transparency in the working of the public authority municipality Mirzapur City. Undoubtedly the government is providing you huge emoluments of salary, but you are not performing your job with dedication which is the root cause of such problems being faced by the common people of the Surekapuram colony. I think that people are facing two core issues which must be resolved by the municipality Mirzapur City as the matter comes under its jurisdiction. 1-to fulfil the ambition of the cleanly drive mission of our prime minister comes under the ambit of municipality Mirzapur City and 2-this mission will not complete unless the number of stray animals on the roads will decrease.

आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-The matter concerns the working of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City who is adopting lackadaisical approach in managing the affairs of the municipality Mirzapur city. The matter concerns the not putting broom in the lanes in Surekapuram colony under Dangahar ward in municipality Mirzapur city. The brief description of the submissions is as follows. 1- Please provide the name of the staff who put the broom in the lane before my house in last three days. 2- Whether the management of the municipality Mirzapur city is ruled by the anarchy where rule of law has been replaced by the rule of anarchy ipso facto from the working style of it. 3- Herds of the cattle are moving on the roads and staff of the municipality Mirzapur City are failed to catch them and dispose of them in the cow sheds which are running on paper. 4- Most respected Sir may take the perusal of the attached photographs to the grievance which are showing the current position of the road which has not been broomed since one week. 5- Whether accountable staff of the municipality Mirzapur city have time to visit the Surekapuram colony which has been victim of dereliction of the staff of the municipality Mirzapur City. 6- The temporary cow sheds made in the district by spending huge government funds are running only on paper and bike source of income of the public staff. 7- The applicant found a scam in making the temporary cow sheds in that district and submitted representation before the accountable staff of the government but no action taken by the government against the bunglers of the government fund because this corruption is oriented from top rank administrative hierarchy to the bottom. 8- When there is mismanagement in maintaining the stray animals moving on the roads and discharging excretion on the road then at least sweepers of the municipality Mirzapur city must put broom and the roads daily. This is a humble request of the applicant to the executive officer of the municipality Mirzapur city that he may request to the staff of the municipality Mirzapur city who brooms the road in the Surekapuram colony to broom the lane before the House of the applicant daily. Please also direct your subordinates to dispose the stray animals wandering on the roads creating traffic problems in the nearby cow sheds so that the spreading dirt because of them may be curbed.
