Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant-Dayanand Singh
Date of Receipt-18/08/2023, Received By Ministry/Department-Uttar Pradesh
Grievance Description
The matter concerns the working of the executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar who is procrastinating in providing the compensation to the applicant in the burning of crop of wheat of land more than 2 bigha.
Prayer-It is noticeable that first information report of applicant/Dayanand Singh was registered by the police station Vindhyachal on 23rd July 2023 at the time 11:49 in the morning. General diary number of the case is 034 which is quite obvious from the copy of the first information report attached to the grievance. Please take action in the matter as already assured by you that after registering the first information report by the Vindhyachal police in the matter you will execute rest of the formalities abruptly.
There are five pages in the attached documents to this grievance which are as follows.
1-the first page of the attached PDF document is your report dated 18th August 2023.
2-the second page of the attached PDF documents is the scan copy of the first information report registered by the S.H.O. Vindhyachal in this matter.
3-the 3rd page of the attached PDF documents is the scan copy of the report of the tehsil Sadar.
4-the 4th and 5th copy of the attached PDF documents is the scan copy of the bank passbook details.
Same documents are also attached with this reminder and it is a humble request of the applicant to take the perusal of the attached document to this reminder to know the truth and concerned accountable staff of the government must meditate on it that despite completion of entire formalities why executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar is procrastinating on the matter? Here this question arises that how can government headed by Yogi Adityanath Sir which is a farmer friendly government can allow such an officer to promote its corrupt activities by making mockery of the law of land?
Whether Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited is really interested to provide the compensation to the farmers whose crops destroyed because of the dereliction of the staff of the Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited?
Think about the gravity of situation office memo was misused to deprive the farmers from the compensation in the case of crops burnt due to short circuit as office memo used retrospectively by the executive engineer electricity distribution division second and accountable staff of the government did not take the cognizance of the complaints made by the applicant repeatedly which was reflection of anarchy in the government.
At least now show some favour to the applicant to resolve his problem, for this applicant shall ever pray you Honourable Sir. It seems that there is no rule of law in the state of Uttar Pradesh where rule of law has been substituted by rule of anarchy because of rampant corruption in the government machinery.
