It is quite obvious that more than 20 days taken by the police to register the first information report in the matter of cyber-crime and such incidences are increasing alarmingly in the state of Uttar Pradesh because of the lackadaisical approach of the administrative machinery in taking action against the fraudulent elements. Sensitivity of the public staff can be guessed from the fact that no steps have been taken to nab the culprits. It was the obligatory duty of the Reserve Bank of India to direct private bank federal bank to cease the forged account opened in the name of aggrieved Keshav Pratap Singh by the fraudulent elements. It seems that no one is serious in this largest democracy in the world to take action voluntarily without any pressure from outside and perform his duty honestly. Everyone knows that swift action in the matter can bring us success otherwise we give the criminal elements sufficient time to escape from the grasp and subvert evidence which is quite obvious.
