The matter concerns the poor network coverage of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited district Mirzapur. This grievance is in the reference of the mobile numbers 9336252631 and 9794760348. Honorable sir from the past few days The applicant is facing problems of the improper network coverage and disappearance of the network in the area which is a matter of great concern for the consumers in the nearby area. Think about the situation of gravity from several days we are facing the poor network of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited but its accountable public functionaries are not serious to it.
Whether such negligence of the staff of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited is reflecting the good governance as claimed by our great prime minister. Everyone knows that the current government at the centre never takes action against the dereliction of duty by the public staff and corruption of the department is also overlooked by them but most surprising thing is that when the loss of the department becomes more than the usual then our central government functionaries proposes the privatization of the public sector company and I think that Bharat sanchar Nigam limited is their next target .
This is a humble request of your applicant to take action in the matter immediately so that justice may be available to the applicant. Where are the consumer rights of the innocent and gullible people?

Honourable Sir you always submit same parrot reply as report on the public grievance portal in a report you say that I will remain alert and such problems will not repeat next time but no more time is passed and you commit the same mistake again and again which is showing the credibility of the department which has reached at its nadir. There are many other service providers like you who are not committing such mistakes frequently as done by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. When there will be no lacuna on the part of public office how will public spirited people like us make complaint against the public office which means you are providing the job to us thank you very much? Our motive is good governance, and your motive is continuing efforts for improvement, and we are performing our duties which is visible to all. I think that you should keep the span of time of one month for such faults to occur in the system so that we may not face more problems which may be disturbing.
