The condition of Mirzapur Nagar Palika has become very pathetic, when a complaint is made, the sweeper sweeps lanes in Surekha Puram Colony, such a situation does not reflect good governance, but shows anarchy.
मिर्जापुर नगर पालिका की स्थिति बहुत ही दयनीय हो चुकी है जब शिकायत की जाती है तब जाकर सुरेखा पुरम कॉलोनी में इनका सफाई कर्मी झाड़ू लगाता है ऐसी स्थित सुशासन को नहीं दर्शाता है बल्कि अराजकता को दर्शाता है
For the last several days there is no sweeping in Surekha Puram Colony, either the sweeper here has become ill or has gone to a relative somewhere and if he has gone to a relative, then the alternative arrangement should have been made by the sweeper, but he did not do his duty.
पिछले कई दिनों से सुरेखा पुरम कॉलोनी में झाड़ू नहीं लगा है या तो यहां के सफाई कर्मी महोदय बीमार हो गए हो या फिर कहीं रिश्तेदारी में चले गए हो और यदि रिश्तेदारी में गए हैं तो वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था सफाई नायक को करनी चाहिए थी किंतु उन्होंने अपने कर्तव्य पालन को नहीं किया
A huge fund was given by the government for the construction of cowshed but the commission is so high that the fund was diverted and now the situation is that there are herds of cows and bulls roaming on the roads because there is no arrangement to keep them in the cowsheds. so the trouble has reached its peak
सरकार द्वारा बहुत बड़ा फंड गौशाला बनवाने के लिए दिया गया किंतु कमीशन खोरी इतना ज्यादा है कि उस फंड का बंदरबांट कर लिया गया और अब स्थिति यह है कि सड़कों पर झुंड के झुंड गाय और बैल टहल रहे हैं क्योंकि गौशालाओं में उनको रखने की व्यवस्था नहीं है इसलिए परेशानी अपनी चरम पर पहुंच चुका है
Presently, the condition of Surekha Puram is very appalling, there is water everywhere, water is overflowing due to broken drainage, cows and buffaloes have dumped cow dung at various places, the sweepers are not cleaning. There is no transparency and accountability in the working style of Municipal Council, Mirzapur.
इस समय सुरेखा पुरम की स्थिति बहुत ही भयावह है जगह जगह पर पानी लगा हुआ है टूटे-फूटे ड्रेनेज से पानी ऊपर बह रहा है गाय भैंस जगह-जगह पर गोबर कर दिए हैं सफाई कर्मी सफाई नहीं कर रहे हैं नगर पालिका परिषद मिर्जापुर की कार्यशैली में कोई भी पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही नहीं है
Nagar Palika Parishad Mirzapur City has become a victim of complete anarchy, due to which the people of Mirzapur City are suffering, everyone is crying, there is an empire of management all around, anyone responsible is running away from his responsibility. The situation is weird.
नगर पालिका परिषद मिर्जापुर सिटी पूर्ण रूप से अराजकता का शिकार हो चुका है जिसका खामियाजा मिर्जापुर सिटी की जनता भुगत रही है हर कोई रो रहा है चारों तरफ को प्रबंधन का साम्राज्य है कोई भी जिम्मेदार अपनी जिम्मेदारी से भाग रहा है ऐसे में स्थित बहुत विचित्र हो चुकी है
