The network provided by the service providing Airtel company is under question regarding the following mobile numbers and if after the complaint, Airtel service providing company is not improving network then the applicant will consider porting the numbers from the Airtel company to the other.

The matter concerns the poor network of the service providing company. Airtel which is not easily connected to the mobile handset.

In my family there are two mobile numbers which belong to the Airtel service providing company which are as follows.

Mobile number- 7379105911 and the second mobile number is 9005609242

Here second mobile number belongs to my mother and the first mobile number is used by me personally.

The second mobile number was recharged with denomination of rupees 2999 in which Airtel service providing company production 2 GB data per day unlimited talk value.

I think that this is era of globalization, and the Airtel company must improve its network services otherwise it will cause bad impact on its consumers who are expecting better services from the Airtel company.

Everyone knows this fact The tariff of the Airtel company is the greatest in all the service providers so it is expected from the Airtel service providing company that they must Improve their services according to their charges.

Customer grievance was regarding internet speed related concern on his airtel mobile numbers 7379105911 and 9005609242 so called the customer and informed him that we have found good voice and data usage on his number so informed him that this is the best possible coverage that can be provided currently. Further, informed the customer that we have taken his feedback and shared with our dedicated team.

Further, we have observed good voice and data usage on your number. Currently, this is the best possible coverage that can be provided presently at your location. Kindly observe the services and share your feedback for further improvements. it is quite obvious that they have provided a parrot reply which is already prepared and only paste in the reports in various grievances only by changing name of the aggrieved their mobile numbers and other things. Whether any improvement Can you be expected from such working style which is creating embarrassing situation for the aggrieved individuals.
