The matter concerning the dismal performance of Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited network for many days and the applicant is making enquiry in regard to it. The problem concerns the mobile numbers 933625263 1 and 9794760348. Think about the unsatisfactory services of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited that when the other service providers are providing 5G services then Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited at the place of its 3G services it is providing 2G the services. Everyone knows that Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited provides better salary parks and other facilities to its a staff in comparison to other service providers but their staff is not faithful to the network and services of the public authority this is quite obvious from the poor network services of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited for many days.

I think that every time you provide the same parrot reply as you done in this Grievance which is a Bad practise, and such practises must be curbed by the accountable public functionaries of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. This time I expect from you that you will keep your promise and you will not forget this assurance made with the complainant. I think that Bharath Sanchar Nigam Limited has secured topmost ranking in providing the improper network coverage and slow network speed which is the root cause of decreasing customers of it. Whether there is no ray of hope of improving the services provided by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. Everyone expects that Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited may improve its services because its services are cheaper in comparison to the other service providers, but it is most unfortunate that it is showing laxity in improving the services. Whether its credit is not going to the political masters for the dismal performance of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited
