* Description of Information Sought आवेदनकर्ता का विवरण :शिकायत संख्या:-40019923000323 आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय- Sir, if the license of fair price shop of Panchu Pasi located in Adampur Gram Panchayat is expiring on 31 March 2023, then your role for this should be clear in advance. As you know Panchu Pasi cannot sit at his shop because he works in a private financial company which is 300 km away from here. It is difficult to sit at the shop when he is giving his services to a financial company. Sir, Panchu Pasi has been fined Rs. 1000 for not sitting at the shop. And that fine has been deposited by Panchu Pasi. That is, Panchu Pasi has been found guilty of not sitting at the shop. Sir, the applicant is a blogger and anti-corruption crusader, many of whose posts have live video attached, which itself is both audio-visual proof that fair price shop of Adampur Gram Panchayat in the name of Panchu Pasi Vijay Bahadur Pasi, the elder brother of Panchu Pasi, runs the fair price shop of the village panchayat Adampur. Sir, the license period is ending in March, in such a situation, the applicant would like that the license of the shop should be allotted to a person of general category, because the shop of Adampur comes under the quota of the general category. While Panchu Pasi is scheduled caste. The information Panchu Pasi has provided is completely untrue, just to what extent it is appropriate to do wrong things by increasing interaction in the department. Sir, if we remember the matter of social justice, then when the general category cannot reap the benefits of scheduled caste similarly scheduled caste cannot raped benefits off general quota.
Public information officer may provide the following information point wise as follows.
1-Panchu Pasi is general who verified this information? Please provide the name and designation of the staff.
2-I have a video which shows that the fair price shop is being managed by Vijay Bahadur not by Panchu Pasi. Please provide the affidavit of the supply inspector that fair price shop is being managed by Panchu Pasi and he is not doing service in the private financial company as alleged by the applicant time and again that Panchu pasi is the employee of a private financial company.
3-Provide the provision of the law which allows a person belonging to the schedule caste to falsely show itself general and managed a fair price shop Adampur reserved for the general category.
4-Provide the provisions of the law which allows a licensee to provide false information to the department in order to get the licence of a fair price shop.
5-if the department of civil supply made any enquiry regarding the feedback given by the Panchu Pasi then provide a copy of the report of the enquiry officer.
6-Please provide a video which shows that Panchu pasi is coordinating the fair price shop if available. I can provide you a video showing Panchu Pasi does not co-ordinate the fair price of Adampur.
